They are really professional and came across as very honest too at BVG Automotive. I felt assured that I was in safe hands due to the way they conducted themselves. They kept me informed throughout the purchase so there was never a need for me to chase. I would definately recommend them! The Seat is a brilliant car, I am chuffed to bits to be honest with you.

I bought a Jag from BVG for the misses at really short notice and they were fantastic to be honest with you! The wife loves the car and I have heard no complaints so the car must be looking after her. Top scores for the boys, they deserve a pack of biscuits at the very least!

I made first contact with BVG over the phone and arranged a day to go down and view the car. I got down to the dealership and things went really well, I was able to take it for a test drive as I was hoping to. When I was looking over the car I was left in peace, it wasn't like your typical car sales where they get you in and straight out. I didn't feel any pressure or harassed. I even had my little boy with me and Shah was great with him too, a very relaxed atmosphere. Overall the car is doing great and the family love it.

My Outlander is doing very well, just what I needed! The team at BVG are wonderful, they were transparent throughout and I felt confident making such a big purchase with them. Rob was very courteous towards me and made sure I was well looked after.

The Ford Kuga I purchased is driving well and I had no issues to report 😊 I dealt with a chap called Raff and he was a pleasure to talk to. The purchase of the car was completeled fairly quickly which I was grateful for. I was on the road in no time.

The Seat Leon has been bang on since the purchase and to be honest with you I found the service to be very very good too! I don't think I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There were no flaws so it would be without a doubt five stars.

Fantastic service from the staff at BVG, we couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the past 20 years and this is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with by far. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We booked an appointment to view an An Audi A6 and when we arrived the car was inside waiting for us in the viewing area. It was immaculately presented and we was left alone to view it until we needed some help. All the staff are really professional, polite and not at all pushy. It was an easy decision to go ahead and buy it. Not only was the car perfect, It’d already had already had an AA inspection and was MOT’d and ready to go! Really great experience from start to finish, Thanks guys!
