This was the first time I had purchased a car without taking it for a test drive or even seeing it in person, so I was skeptical at first. However, Shah, the sales executive, was simply amazing. He sent me detailed videos of the car via WhatsApp, and he was always available to provide updates and answer any questions. When my Vauxhall was delivered, it arrived on time and in excellent condition, exactly as advertised. It was valeted to an extremely high standard, and I could not be happier. I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

Raf was outstanding from beginning to end. I never felt pressured, and he never tried to sell me something I did not want or need. My wife is in love with her Mini Convertible and enjoys every minute she spends driving it. The salesman who looked after us was named Shah, and I must say that he was brilliant. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he greeted us warmly and gave us all the time we needed to make an informed decision about whether we wanted to buy the vehicle. We cannot think of a single reason why BVG Automotive does not deserve top marks for their outstanding service!

To be honest I haven't got a bad word to day about my visit to BVG Automotive because I've had my Audi A4 for a number of weeks now and it's been perfect. It's been on a couple of good runs to the lake district, and it's handled the motorways without an issue. The whole car buying experience has been spot on.

I’m getting on well with my Discovery. I like it a lot i think it drives well for it's age. The service from all the staff was good, though it was a busy day they did all they could to help. Unfortunately, the other car I was interested in had already been sold by the time I got there, but we still had a good little journey down to the dealership and got a great car non the less.

Before going to China I had the chance to take my BMW X6 on a really long run from Sheffield to Scotland and it handled the drive very well. If anything were to go wrong with the car, it would have been then but it's perfect. For a first time customer getting a car from BVG I was impressed with how quick they managed to turn the car around. I found them on autotrader, enquired about the car, viewed it and then I was driving it home. No complaints.
