Since I crashed my last car, I was in the market for an upgrade and this is when I came across BVG Automotive who had the exact Land Rover Evoque I was looking for, so I was happy to make the trip to their dealership. All of the staff were super friendly and on hand to help when I told them what car I'd come to see. I was shown around the car, and after a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. I've had it for a number of weeks now and it drives like a dream so I can't fault anything about my experience.

Honestly I can't thank Shah enough for the level of service he provided me. It was the most relaxing atmosphere of any dealership that I've been in before. He was always on hand to answer some questions about the Hyundai I30 I was interested in. I was confident in what I was being told and I was happy to take the car because it was exactly what I was looking for.

I've only had the chance to take my new car for a short drive because I've been on holiday since purchasing it. So I've probably covered about 200 miles. So far, it seems to be doing fine. The staff at the dealership were really helpful and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. They gave me plenty of time to think things through before making the purchase. Overall, I'd rate the experience 4.5 stars, leaving a little room for improvement. Big shoutout to Shah and Amin, the salesmen who assisted me.

It took a lot of bad dealerships to get to this point but I've finally found a dealership I can trust! Naturally it's hard to trust a dealership with what they tell you about a car, but this wasn't the case at BVG because from start to finish the staff were very transparent about what cars I was interested in. There wasn't any questions un-answered on the day. 1 month on and the car has been brilliant! I can't fault it at all.

Everything has been spot on with my experience so far. I got myself a cracking little motor and I've been getting lots of compliments about the condition of my BMW 4 Series, which is always nice.

So far, so good with my recent purchase from BVG Automotive. The car is driving well for the time that I've driven it. For a newbie at this company the experience I had was nothing shy of perfect! Thanks to the sales team for his no pressure, just friendly and approachable team. They were very informative and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them if they had something I liked. Customer care really comes first here, and it definitely shows.

Really happy with my lovely BMW 3 Series, especially because I managed to get it in my favourite colour, which is grey. For a woman I was pleased to see that times have changed with dealerships because there was no hard sell, and I found it to be just a chilled vibe, which was great.

The car has been mint since driving it away. I've managed to get out in it quite a lot to be honest, so I've got a good feel for it. It drives well and for the milage on the clock, I think I've got a fair deal on it. I don't believe anyone is perfect, so it's 4 stars from me.

I'm in love with my first car, especially with it being a Mercedes Benz A-Class! It's been running smoothly for a little over a month now, and I couldn't be happier. This was my first time visiting any dealership, and it went even better than I had imagined. The customer service was excellent—I had my uncle and dad with me to handle everything and ask the questions, and they were just as pleased with the answers as I was. After a short test drive, my dad approved, and that's when I went ahead with it! I wouldn't know where to start if I went on my own.
