Me and my partner bought a Jaguar F-Pace from BVG Automotive, and so far, it's been trouble-free. The Mrs. mainly uses it during the week for her commute to work, while I get to enjoy it on weekends. It's a lovely car all around. After a bad experience at another dealership, we decided to make the trip to Manchester to check out this company, and it was completely different. The customer service was quick and efficient, and within an hour, I was driving home in my new car. I have no issues giving them 5 out of 5.

I adore my BMW 4 Series! It's my second car alongside an old Jag, which is currently in the garage because my BMW is my new daily car. I might need to tweak a few things, but as they say, "Look after your car, and it'll look after you." Giving it a solid 5-star rating without hesitation—I wouldn't give anything less. I'm not one to buy cars often; I tend to keep them for over 20 years but the team at the dealership were pleasant to deal with, and their location on a main route made it easily accessible. The facility itself was great, and the cars were beautifully presented. I can't pick a single fault.

Absolutely loving my Nissan X Trail! It's been a month now, and I've done both small trips and long trips in it, to really put it through its paces and it's been perfect. Big thank you to the team at the dealership who were incredibly helpful and friendly, with no pushy sales tactics. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. I'd happily return for another car, even though I'm on the other side of the country. If they had the right car for me, I wouldn't think twice about making the trip.

I've just returned from a fantastic holiday with my Range Rover Evoque, and I'm very impressed with how it handled the long distance. After a dreadful experience with a previous dealership, Rob from BVG Automotive was spot on as far as salesmen go. He understood my needs perfectly and didn't waste my time. From clear video calls to email responses, he made the process so easy. The car was delivered directly to my workplace, it arrived on time and in the condition that Rob described. I decided to extend the warranty for peace of mind, but that's just me being careful. Top-quality car, top-quality service – highly recommended!

What a car my Jaguar XE is! It's my first time owning this type of car, and I couldn't be happier with it. Although I wasn't familiar with this dealership before, I am now and it's not a dealership I will forget in a hurry because the process was straightforward but also nice and relaxed. On the day of collection, the car looked immaculate, thanks to a thorough cleaning inside and out. The sales team provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, which made the experience even better because it's good to know that if I called them up, I would always hear back from them.

I've not had much chance to get out in my Volkswagen Golf-E because I only got temporary insurance for a couple of days because I was due to go on holiday for 3 weeks just after the purchase. For my first time visiting BVG Automotive I was very impressed with sales team because not once did I feel like they were lying to us or telling us any old rubbish about the car. I drove away with 100% confidence. I'll test the car more when I get back, but I'm sure everything will be in order.

When I collected the car, it was spotless, and Shah took the time to go through all the paperwork, ensuring there were no hidden surprises. It was a transparent and honest experience, which I appreciate in a dealership.
