The customer service at BVG was really good, the staff were friendly, not pushy at all, it was a really easy process so I can happily recommend them, I got a good deal and the car is perfect.

Fantastic company - The guys were brilliant when we went over to buy the car, making coffee, looking after the kids so we could view the car properly with no distractions. They were so good, I've already recommended them to my brother in law because hes looking for a car. The wife drives it mostly and she loves it. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I experienced exceptional customer service at BVG Automotive. They gave me space to explore without any pressure, which I appreciated. I'm thrilled with my Jaguar; it matched the description perfectly and was impeccably clean. Although I encountered an issue with an engine light coming on, they diligently inspected it and, despite finding nothing concerning, cleared it. They assured me to return if any further issues arise. Their service undoubtedly deserves 5 stars.
