I am quite new to Hybrid Cars so figuring all of this charging stuff is confusing but ill get used to it sooner or later. Saha was all good when he carried my sale. He made it really smooth and just explained everything very clear. Deffo 5 for sure!

I must admit me and my dad are loving the new Merc we got from here. We got along really well with the sales man called Saha, I think that's what his name was. He was really polite, and they made me and my dad feel really well looked after. The process was easy and straight forward and so simple.

All is running well with the Golf R. No issues all fine. Perfect service. 5 star.

The Vauxhall Meriva is a an amazing car that has ran nothing short of perfect since I drove away with it The dealership was busy on the day of the hand over but Raff did, very kindly still make time for me. Raf was kind, polite and very nice to deal with. The customer service was perfect. I will be rating a 4 just because there was a tad bit of waiting around.. plus no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement.

I recently purchased a Renault from BVG Automotive, and I'm happy to report that everything is running perfectly with the car so far. It's running as it should, and I'm getting along with it just fine. The overall experience has been excellent, with the customer service being both helpful and friendly. The staff were welcoming and easy going, which made the process enjoyable. I can't say anything but positive things about my experience, and I'd definitely rate it a 5 out of 5.

I have had quite the change in cars. Before I bought my BMW X3 from BVG Automotive I was driving a L200 Truck, which I loved but I fancied a change. It is a slight downsize but the BMW has more power which I like a lot. The customer service was excellent, no issues on this side of things. I would more than happily use again and for sure recommend to my friends and family!
