Loving the E class since I got it from BVG. I've had 0 issues and it’s just a brilliant all round car. Customer service was also top notch. No complaints at all from me.

I was really happy with the lad who delivered the Golf, the guy must have left at 5am to get to me for 8am. This service is going above and beyond for me. Really happy with the car and the general cleanliness of the car. First time using BVG, but I will be back in the future.

So far so good with the I40, I experienced no issues with BVG at all. The car was prepped and ready on time as they said. The staff did everything that was promised. The garage also went above and beyond as just after I bought the car I had a flat tyre, this is not usually covered as its general wear and tear however, they refunded me the money to get it replaced right away.

I got the Audi Q3 for my partner who is really enjoying the car. The people at BVG wee sound blokes and made sure it was all quick and easy. The car was immaculate and we hade a really good customer service experiences the whole time.

I found the staff at BVG to be really professional and they also maintained a very good level of communication during my purchase. They made it so buying the X3 was a very positive experience and I would rate them very highly due to this.

I haven’t used the Mondeo too much but when I have it’s been really good. The best thing about my experience with BVG would be how quick and easy they made the transaction. No nonsense sale and that’s what I like. I would return again in the future should I need another car.

They were very accommodating down at BVG Automotive. There was no pressure to buy from them we were given time and space to make the decision. The car was lovely and clean when it was collected, whoever validated the GT86 did a fantastic job. This was my first time using them, but I would use again in the future.

Really good service from BVG. The car is amazing, it drives way better than I could have imagined and also was really clean and tidy when I picked it up. Still have an outstanding issue with the finance but the garage is looking to get it sorted. Overall, really good experience and I would buy from them again.

Things are going great with the car at this point. I'm pretty pleased with it so far. Driving it is a joy, it's smooth, reliable, and just really nice overall. It's a step up from my previous Astra, much nicer. The customer service has been awesome too. They've taken good care of me, and everyone I've spoken to has been really fantastic. They're patient and helpful. 5 stars deffo. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to others. The car also looks pretty much brand new, which is a nice bonus.
