There is no reason why I wouldn't consider myself to be a satisfied customer of BVG Automotive. They are an excellent dealership with wonderful staff! I dealt with a member of the team called Shah he was professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. I am happy with the Jaguar I bought for a number of reasons but mainly because it so far is seeming to be a reliable, decent motor.

To be honest on the whole it was an easy and stress free purchase. The gentlemen at BVG were approachable and friendly. The only little hiccup was a slight oversight with the 1 Series as it doesn't have the sat nav it was advertised with. Other than that the car is great and I would rate BVG highly!

Overall my Citroen is doing quite well, I have had it a month or so now and I have gotten used to driving it quite nicely. I was of course very happy with the customer service. Rob was lovely to talk to and very friendly so I felt at ease in all my dealings with him. I would rate five stars.

I cannot fault a single aspect of the buying experience BVG Automotive, they are a great bunch who clearly take exceptional care of their customers and pride in their work. They sold an incredible 1 Series to me. The car runs so smoothly and is a treat to drive.

My A Class is perfect! Just what I was looking for and the car very clearly true to description because there have been no unwanted surprises! Shah was a pleasure to deal with, there was no pushiness from him. Without a doubt they are a five star establishment. I have already recommended to friends and would have no qualms buying another car from you myself.
