I started the search on Autotrader and came across an Audi A4, I arranged to visit them to look at it and I dealt with a gent named Shah - was absolutely excellent, he asked me if we wanted a tea or coffee which goes a long way when waiting to view the car. He let me take my time looking at the Audi and was available for any questions without pestering me. I had a Mitsubishi Shogun before purchasing my Audi A4, prior to that I have always had Audi's and I missed not having one because I found them so easy to drive and really smooth on the road. My new Audi A4 is perfect and drives lovely. Thank you to BVG for the outstanding service, I would recommend this dealership to everybody.

I had a little Mini before I bought my new Mercedes, the Mercedes is amazing, so so much better, there is a lot more room and it is automatic so I find it much easier to drive, I'm finding any excuse to get out and about in it. BVG Automotive are very trust-worthy and gave very good communication, if they said they would do something they did it. I would definitely use them again. A friendly team who go the extra mile. The Suzuki was a purchase for my step daughter, we found BVG on auto trader and we arranged to visit them to take the car for a test drive. Shah who we dealt with was really nice and helpful. Everything went so smoothly on the test drive and my step daughter found the car stunning to drive. She certainly made the right choice in buying this car and could not be happier with the way that things turned out for her.

I had a Vauxhall Astra Estate this was my first ever car before I upgraded to my Insignia, my Insignia is 10 times better, in the end the Astra didn't even start 🤣 BVG were really helpful, any questions I had got answered and any concerns I had got raised. I have purchased a few cars in my time, BVG is by far the best experience I have have out of all the dealerships that I have dealt with. Other dealerships wouldn't even offer me a test drive, where BVG were very accommodating towards this. They were easy and fast and just what we needed on the day, I have never used BVG before but this will be the main dealer that I will deal with for any future purchases.
