From start to finish I was overwhelmingly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival I was met by Shah who showed me around the car. He had all the necessary knowledge and answered every one of my questions. I was also able to take the car for a test drive which I was very pleased about. Whilst completing the formalities, myself and my mum were offered and made a hot drink to our liking. Within two hours I had bought a beautiful car and all the paperwork was finalised. Upon waiting for the (free) delivery of my new car, I had many conversations over the phone with a man called Rob who offered great reassurance and again answered all my questions with a proper and educated answer. My car was delivered two days later by Tony, who arrived with a very happy presence which in turn made me even more excited. He even helped me tax the vehicle and once again answered any questions I had without hesitation. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience I got from BVG motors and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

If you see the website saying it closes at 6, no, they close at 5. If you receive an email reply from RACHEL, no, he would say she is not a human being. If you show him the email reply, he would challenge you why don't you call. If you try to be nice, he will be rude. If he gets you mad, he will question why you are rude.

Rob was excellent throughout the procedure of buying my new car. Which I was extremely nervous about as I had not purchased a new car for a very long time! He answered all of my questions and reassured me that the car was excellent. The car arrived last week and I was over the moon with the car. It was immaculate to say it wasn't a brand new car. Alf who dropped the car off was also fantastic and helped me with the paper work. I have recommended these guys to my mum to buy her next car! Thank for making the process so stress free! I bought a BMW 420 a fortnight ago, I initially put the £200 non-refundable deposit down & organised a couple of days later to pick the car up, when I travelled the 120 miles from home to the garage, I was told by the salesman, that the £25000 car I was buying didn't have a logbook & I would have to drive to a post office with a form to apply for one..This obviously isn't how a real dealership would have done business, but I did continue with the purchase of the vehicle. When I got the car home I noticed that the car had a repair done on one of the tyres, a plug had been fitted on a run flat tyre, which is a real no-no, I decided to change the tyres as they also had different sizes fitted on the rear wheels. When the fitter from national tyres was installing the new tyres, he removed the plugged damaged tyre & quite astonishingly, inside the tyre was BVG's name written in yellow paint. So this means that BVG knowingly fitted a plugged run flat tyre onto a car they were selling for £25000. Dealership prices , but definitely not dealership standards. I would advise all to avoid this so called garage, as they obviously have no scrupples about compromising safety. I would of given them no stars, but that wasn't an option...
