My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because BYD doesn't have a service technician in Chester. As for the Seal U itself, it's not been a bad little car and I'm getting on great with it. I don't like to be pushed into anything, and I felt Matt had the right balance of being there to answer your questions and not coming across as pushy. It's my first time owning a hybrid, and it's been perfect for the small trips I tend to do to the supermarket.

I felt that everything went smoothly while I was making my purchase of the Atto 3. Matthew (the salesman) was a nice bloke and great to deal with.

Definitely 5 stars for BYD Chester! It was thanks to a recommendation from someone that I knew to get a Seal U and I'm glad I did because I've been getting on very well with the car, I love it. Matthew looked after me throughout the process of calling up, going on a test drive and at the handover but from start to finish he was faultless. I would happily recommend people to visit BYD Chester.

To be fair to Matthew (the salesman), he was one of the better salesmen that I've dealt with while purchasing a car. I felt he kept me and my wife in the loop and not once did we feel pressured to go ahead with the car. There was an issue at the start, but once I took it back, they sorted it there and then. The car hasn't had the issue since.

So far everything is going well with my first electric car. I had a hybrid before this but I still found Matthew to be very helpful while I was making the purchase. His customer service was great. There was a couple of days delay to get the car but it wasn't anything too long. I've got no complaints, I'm quite happy.

I've had my Atto 3 since January now, and up to now I haven't had any problems with it. 4 stars only because I need to get used to driving a completely different car, but I'm enjoying it.

I would rate Matthew a 5. He was very patient with us, as me and my husband always have so many questions. Always friendly and happy to help. We loved the experience he gave us when we collected the car. We had the kids with us (never had a new car before) and it felt so special. We still don't know how to use all the technology on it, but that's only because we are stupid with stuff like that. We love the car.
