5 out of 5 from me! I felt like I was treated like an adult while I was enquiring about the car and Gareth was really helpful when it came to checking the finance had cleared. There's still some things I'm getting used to on the car but overall it drives well.

Having our Dolphin has been a welcomed upgrade from our old car! This is the first electric car/ new car I've owned and it's going really well, we love it. The app took a couple of days to get set up but once it was up and running, everything else went smoothly. Emma made sure everything went fine and we have no complaints. 5/5 from me.

Currently enjoying my Seal U from BYD Crewe and getting on fine with it. Andrew was great on the day and provided a great service. He was able to answer all our questions, and I had no problem with him at all.

I've had my new car for a couple of weeks, and so far everything has been fine with the car. It did throw up 2 warning signs briefly, but they haven't come back on since. I found the process was overall pretty smooth.

I would rate BYD a strong 4. The car is a nice drive and was good value as there was no hefty up front payment. I have also received good service, help and advice from the team at BYD Crewe.

Very happy with how everything went while I was buying my Seal U. Everything the team said they were going to do, they did and the car has been excellent since getting it last month. I have noticed blemishes on the doors where the car has been protected for shipping, but it's not a massive issue.
