4 stars only because I leased the car, and there was a bit of confusion when it came to leaving a deposit, then to find out they had taken it from my account which came as a bit of a shock. But BYD Crewe themselves have been spot on, I can't fault them. I didn't initially deal with Tom but he took care of everything once the car was ordered, and he was sound. He even kept in touch after the sale to see how I was getting on.

This is the first time I've owned an all-electric car, and so far it's going very well. I've found it's very economical, and I'm slowly getting used to finding places to charge it. Tom was the salesman on the day of my purchase, and I felt he was very good. All my questions were answered, but I also never felt pressured while I was enquiring about the vehicle.
