Spent a lot of time trawling through the internet in search of my new car. I had some strict parameters that I was looking to meet. (I’m really fussy about the cars I want) I had gotten in contact with a few sellers, and either never got a reply or it had already been sold. One seller even arranged a viewing with me, to which I arrived only to find he had sold the car and not told me he had sold it. (Two hour journey in total wasted) So I wasn’t full of hope when I got in contact with CA Motor Group, I was working an early shift and sent a CA Motor Group a message regarding the car they had for sale, I sent the message around 7.30am-8.00am. And wasn’t expecting a message until normal opening hours, if at all. But to my surprise I received a message back within 20 minutes! I was unable to go and view the car in person due to my job, so CA Motor Group kindly sent me a walk around video of both the inside and outside of the car as-well as additional information I requested. All correspondence was quick and all questions were answered. I was treated as if they actually had time for me and wanted my business unlike everyone else prior, which was a massive selling point for me. I had a few concerns regarding the fact this was my first vehicle I had bought without test driving or seeing prior to sale. CA Motor Group provided me with reassurance and assured me that they were professional and the car was in the condition they stated. I made the purchase. And CA sorted delivery instantly for me, it was delivered the next day by a very polite gentleman who clearly liked to smile a lot, this was very welcome and he was extremely pleasant. Delivery was professional and I received everything I was told I would. A few hours after delivery I received a message from CA asking if I had received the vehicle and if everything was to my liking. Overall, the process was the easiest thing I have ever participated in! It was more faff taxing the vehicle after receiving it and that’s an easy job in itself!
