Says it all when they have either one star, or 5 star reviews doesn't it. I'm sure if your car is OK then it's a great experience, but if you are unfortunate enough to have a problem, this company is worse than dreadful. They fob you off, ignore you, maybe even swap out working parts in your car, and put them in another car thats being sold, which leaves you with all the problems.. but that's a whole different story! The MOTs they provide with the car aren't worth the paper they are written on. I really wish I had taken notice of the very many one star reviews which are on the Internet about them, but I was daft and hoped I wasn't one of the unlucky ones... I was and it's cost me time, effort, a lot of upset and a lot of money to rectify. There are plenty of car companies out there, for your own sake, use another. They also flag all the negative reviews on autotrader, if they do that to your review, contact feelo and get the review reinstated. They can only flag them 3 times and then they stay on. It's unfair that this so-called dealer is manipulating reviews to make himself look like a trustworthy person. He's not!

I bought a camper van 6 months ago. With a problem od over revving suddenly, which Paul at C and A Motors stated was a small problem and would be fixed. It's been in and out of the dealers with the same problem. I haven't seen it for over 4 months, the specialist garage in Oldham can not fix it. C and A Motors refuse to refund or mediate and I am having to go to court. I paid £13k. Ive never come across such poor customer service, and can't understand why they think it's ok to keep the van, not fix it and not return my money. Really, buyer beware, don't hand money over as a deposit on the promise of any problems getting fixed before full payment is made. A decent dealer would simply acknowledge there's been a problem and refund the customer. Not C and A Motors,

Have a professional mechanic check car before buying it. I checked the car in person,bought it and since it is has high miles and a lot of years, I asked several times after making the payment, for them to plesase tell me if the car has something major that needs to be done to let me know ahead of time,since it went to the garage anyway for preparation(rear brakes fix and tyre puncture fix).I was told there is nothing major Vehicle has: -Aircon with bad condenser -No timing belt replacement history -Engine oil leak -no mechanism to put the spare tyre under car Also the warranty they tell you about is a hoax. Nothing gets sent in regards to warranty.

I ended up buying a car from C & A Motors Oldham. It was a positive experience that was quick, simple and they were helpful. It was a really good car that was good value for money. I recommend this car dealership to anyone reading this review.

This is my experience from buying a car from this place. The process was very quickly done when buying my car from here. I have had a few little issues with the car since I picked it up but every time I have taken it back they have resolved the issues straight away. I can recommend C & A Motors Oldham

Everyone as C&A Motors was extremely helpful, my friend actually recommended the dealership as they were very good with him as well. They made sure they got everything sorted for us and sorted all the paperwork there and then to save my time

Firstly i will start on the positve that if you want a car that is good value for money yes go to this place. Some issues after we havent got sorted with them, The car wasnt too clean,maybe this was the rain. We have one thing not sorted so this was not full marks as they should do for me.

They were very quick, couple of tyres needed changing so mentioned this at the time of the sale, when i arrived to pick it up from C & A Car sales they were sorted. Thanks, definately go again
