Bought my car during lockdown, communication fantastic initially until deposit paid but following deposit payment not so responsive. Car was described as ‘excellent condition’ I would describe as good to average: Great service initially, car was brought to Devon for me to view which was helpful but it was brought to me during a cold spell & as a result roads were gritted & the car was covered in road film so as a result I was unable to inspect paintwork properly. When delivered the weather was still cold & roads gritted. Following a good clean I noticed the car bodywork was far from excellent. I did flag a few issues which could have been easily rectified but unfortunately dismissed in a defensive manner. I have rectified most of the issues flagged out of my own pocket. Needless to say a 5 star rating requires 5 star service. If my initial experience of service was consistent from start to finish then would have rated 5 star but I think 3 star is more than fair.

I have had mu Kia for a few months now ans I have only been able to drive it for a few weeks. I am having some issues with it which I have had to go to the finance company with and the issues are in the process of being repaired. The car was clean and in relatively good condition and a reasonable price but it;s not worth the hassle.

I got my BMW from here in January and I am very pleased with it. I have had a couple of issues but they have been very good and had me back on the roads as quickly as they possibly could. The car was clean and in good shape when I received it and I think the value for money is good. I would happily recommend CD Cook Car Sales.

I purchased a Polo from here back in August. The was an issue with the car when I first got the car but that's all been sorted now. Overall the service has been okay but I probably wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I purchased a Mitsubishi from here in August. The car was clean and in good condition other than damage on the alloys and wheels. The dealers were quite helpful though and the car was good value for money. I would recommend.

Recently purchased a vauxhall astra from cd cooke. Kevin was a very pleasant man and very knowledgeable about the car. I found the experience of purchasing a car from cd cooke to be very good and would definitely be returning in the future
I bought a Volvo from here in July. Had to travel a fair bit to get there so it was a flying visit. The car was clean and in good condition and I have had no issues with it at all up to now. It was a reasonable price and I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from CD Cooke In may. They were really nice people and very helpful and the Car is fine other than a few small cosmetic issues. Despite that it was very good value for money and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Pretty good service form CD Cooke. I couple of minor issues with the car including a whole in the bumper but the dealer repaired this free of charge. Had no further issues, Happy with the price I paid for the car and how well the dealer responds to customer quires. I would happily recommend.
