I brought an audi a4 estate and had nothing but trouble with it. The first problem was with the brakes which caused a disc to get so hot I couldnt touch my tyre and the wheel bolts turned purple. They sorted it for me but I quickly realised the car had major issues with its turbo causing massive clouds of smoke and no power when pulling out of junctions a couple times every journey. They took the car for a week and gave it back telling me it was fixed only for it to do the same thing at the first roundabout I came to. Mr Cooke took car for a drive and when it did the same thing with him driving he insisted it was traction control and completely normal. Apparently all audis he has sold have 5 seconds of turbo lag and pump out massive clouds of smoke. He refused to do any more and I only got a refund after getting my solicitor, audi and the finance company involved. While all of this went on I also had to phone countless times to get a couple minor things fixed they agreed to do before I purchased it. Everyone of there salesman lied time and time again about what was delaying the parts and turned out they were waiting for items to appear on eBay. Its when you get a problem that you see what people are really like and you wont get much worse than cd Cooke car sale if you buy a car.

I couldn't suggest any ways in which they could have improved their service, they were helpful but not overbearing, there was no dramas or delays it was all very simple and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from CD Cooke again.

The car buying experience was seamless, aside from a few minor bits that needed sorting the car is excellent, the dealership took care of it all at no cost to myself. I'd happily recommend CD Cooke Car Sales.

The dealership failed to tell me that the head gasket had previously gone on the car but they have taken out any required repairs under warranty. Although they could have communicated the faults with the car better, the way the staff and the mechanics have been is brilliant and I would use them again if they had the right car.

C D Cooke made the process of buying a car so straight forward and easy that it took all of the pressure out of it. If you are looking to buy a car from the area then look no further!

I recently purchased a VW from CD Cooke and must say I am very happy with the purchase. The day after I got the car one of the wing mirrors fell off but CD Cooke replaced it really quickly, which I was very pleased about. The only downside is that a few friends have said that the car was over valued however I am more than happy with it and believe it was worth the money.

Everything went well with this dealership and I definitely think the car was exactly and described and clean when I went to collect it. The main reason I would recommend them is because they are local to my family and friends and they do offer a good service
