Put a deposit down on ann Audi A4 on i saw on Autotrader on 14th Jan, can’t say anything other than top service from them. Danny answered any questions I had and picked the car up on Saturday. Car was as described and MOT’d as agreed. Was at the dealership about 20 mins and on my way. No hard sell on warranties etc, just explained them in detail. Thanks again, love the car !!

Leaving this review because I found a car on autotrader that I would like to buy, but realised that these charlatans were the sellers. So I decided to write a review of the time I dealt with them - rather than give them any business.
A couple of years ago I tested a car of theirs and put a REFUNDABLE (I checked what I signed before I signed it) deposit on it. The next day I called and cancelled it because research had shown it wasn't suitable for the towing I needed to do. They refused to refund it because they had found some faults on the pre-sale MOT and wanted to charge ME for the FAULTS on their car (which the law required them to address before they could sell it to any retail customer).
So, because life is too short to make this a court case, so I just wrote off the deposit - but BE WARNED - these people have not shown themselves to be honest or trustworthy

I put a reservation fee of £250 on a car which on the website clearly states is fully refundable should you change your mind about purchasing the car. I even asked if there was a time limit or anything on this which I received no answer to. Ended up changing my mind after 4 days and requested a refund which was refused. They claimed test driving the car and reserving it was a ‘commitment to buy’, which it absolutely is not, so I wouldn’t get a refund. I understand reserving a car for 4 days then not buying it is annoying, but it’s no reason to refuse the refund. I spent literally over a week arguing with someone over messages about this - it only got resolved when I informed them I would be escalating things.
Reading the Google reviews makes me realise this is a pretty common occurrence which is absolutely ridiculous. Seems they just try stretch out the situation until you can’t be bothered to chase it anymore which is so unprofessional. If this happens to anyone else just escalate things immediately to save yourself the hassle, they know a small claims court wouldn’t be on their side about this kind of issue.
Absolute joke of a situation really. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a car, issues with the car, warranty doesn’t cover anything at all so not even worth them goving you it. Warranty is with warranties 2000, read reviews about them. Shocking. So i’ve had the car 2 month when it buggered. Warranty company not interested, c&e motors not interested. Will have to reject the car through the finance company so I can get it repaired / replaced or refunded.
Useless company, don’t reply to emails. Not interested once they have your money.
Would cost a good £2000 to cover costs to fix car.

Bought a TT from here long distance. Car looked great on the photos, trusted them to deliver me a great car. It looked great when it arrived so I accepted the delivery. I went to clean my car as all new car owners do and with a simple jet wash the paint all comes flying off the front bumper. Underneath a hole has been covered poorly and the poorly painted job has come off with great ease. I understand that some cars that are 8yrs old come with some cosmetic issues but when you go to clean a car you do NOT expect paint to come off so easily. It was at a distance with the low pressure option selected. I called and attempted them to right the wrong with a simple 150 pound fix but they were having none of it as the car left the garage without this issue. I do not think the garage has done this hatchet job themselves but have been fooled easily by the previous seller which is where the problem stems from, the paint work was not examined well enough to warrant the price of sale. To be told on the phone call its pretty much my fault for simply washing my car is astonishing to me and this customer service is terrible which is why the 1 star is given. Disgrace tbh, no accountability, just blaming the customer.

Lies, lies lies… told a pack of lies at the point of sale. All of which they denied when I went back to complain about faults and service which hadn’t been completed. I had car checked at dealership which revealed a list of faults, they were given opportunities to fix but when we went back to pick up the car they hadn’t rectified all of the issues. Car has cost me a fortune in the 4 months we have had it fixing loads of issues … never again would I buy a car from here… happy to take your money but won’t deal with any issues. Happily told me to take him to court .. avoid like the plague!!

Avoid!! Bought the car which already had a fault from them which appeared an easy fix. Turned out it needed 500 pounds of work which they said they would reimburse. When calling up to get money payed to me the person you need to speak to is always busy or not in work. This is a month and a half on!

If I could I will give O !STAY AWAY
I PURCHASED AN 18K JAGUAR XE from them ,after 3 days (380 miles done) I broke down and now they accused me of changing the status of the car so they would not take back.
Just a brunch of sharks that are going after just money!!
We are preparing the steps to take legal action now against them so keep your distance from this company
