I saw a Nissan qashqai online on a Saturday, phoned up to make further enquiries, liked what I saw, asked if I could make a holding deposit the answer was yes. I did make a deposit on a Sunday and sent the dealer a message that I've paid, he responded instantly. The dealer called me on Monday to ask when I wanted it delivered, I said Wednesday and that I will pay the balance by Tuesday. Did pay on Tuesday, the honourable gentle man assured me that he's going to deliver between 10-11 am on Wednesday. I called his 9.45am on Wednesday to ask if we are still on schedule, he told me that he'll be at mine in about 30mins that hes on the way. Got to mine by 10.10am. The essence of this review is the trust, transparency and reliability of the dealer. I read some previous reviews online by some customers which actually portrays the dealer as a scam. With the smooth experience I had with him, it prompted me to ask the dealer why. If I had I had stayed off because of the bad reviews, I'm sure I would have missed out on this deal. The car was a good buy as well, it also has 3 months free warranty. I will surely recommend him for his professionalism.

Phoned on Monday about a car. Said we would come on Saturday to view (4 hour round trip). Offered to pay a deposit but was told none was needed and would be fine to come Saturday. Messaged and rang before leaving home at 7am and nobody answered. Finally got halfway to be told car was sold. Seller was abusive and didn't even have the decency to say it was sold. Don't bother with this waste of space - completely unprofessional and assume cars will be completely crap also
