DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We bought a Land Rover discovery from this company in February, advertised with FSH the car blew up 5 months after purchase and CJS are not willing to take any liability for this happening. The car has not not broke due to mis use or bad service since in our hands therefore it was sold as unfit for purpose and we are now having to take legal action. Total nightmare. Stay away from these guys is my advice.

Initial communication was good at CJS Car Sales and so along I went to Swindon to view the vehicle, although on arrival I was slightly shocked when the woman asked me to pay a deposit to test drive. It soon became apparent that the vehicle specification published online contained false information and when I queried the few differences I was met by a rude response from a salesman who was called Carl, he became very abrupt towards me. In my opinion, Carl doesn't appear to have very good communication or people skills so I am quite surprised he has a job where he has to deal with the public on a daily basis. Because of his behaviour and rudeness I decided not to proceed with the purchase. If using this company I would recommend you to check the vehicle thoroughly as chances are it doesn't match the online specification based on my experience and also be prepared to deal with, in my opinion, a very rude man.

I'd definitely recommend CJS Car Sales to friends and family because of their fantastic deals and wonderful customer service. At no time did I feel pressured by the sales team, the value and quality of the vehicles they offer speak for themselves. The whole purchase was simple, stress free and dealt with in a professional manner. Happy days! :D

Traveled up from Stoke On Trent to look at an Audi Avant S Line,nice looking car bar a totally bald tire. His wife was great and helpful,then we met Carl. The car was just what we wanted but as soon as I mentioned there was a little noise on the engine he turned. Wouldn't let me test drive it without a deposit (had cash to buy whole car in the wife's bag) but his attitude stinks.if you're looking for a car .....stay away from this car dealership. The cars all look to be from the auction, so why not cut out the middle man and go straight BCA Auctions.

Searched the country for a cheap reliable Kangoo van for work. Found one at cjs less than 2 miles from home. Drove it away within 20 mins. Great van - hassle free service. Warranty paperwork arrived as promised this morning.

Bought daughter new car for her birthday had a little fault with radio the owner Carl about it he fixed straight away. Very helpful would recomend there company to anyone. Can't wait to buy my own car from them.
