I paid for a car in January 2016 but never actually received the car. Phone calls and emails were ignored and in the end I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. Avoid this place.

ripped off. shocked big time. I'm a disabled lady and in need for a big car for my wheel chair. its for hospital appointments. I saved the money up for 1 year and haven't got more money to get another one. gave Jason john 2,500 in October 1st at my home. cut a long story short. no car no money back and not picking his phone up.. is this fraud ..... its making me ill on top of my illness...... gutted

Bought and paided for car November been 21 days still haven't it keep telling me it's in mot place don't know wat to do

I bought a car from this dealer in March 2016 had it less than a week before it had engine failure and needed a new engine I refused the car under the consumer rights act beginning of April and gave the car back I am still trying to get my money back and he is still refusing he recons the company has gone insolvency and he has changed the name but if you go on companies house web site and put in his business number 08017160 the company is still active he has applied to have the company struck off the business register but if you email enquires@companies-house.got.UK and you can prove he still owes you money they will not strike the business off it remains an active business I have just done thus and will keep on doing this until he pays up in full if everyone who is owed money by this man does the same maybe someone will take notice or at least we can keep it open so we have more chance of getting our money off him and greatly inconvenience him.

If there was a 0 this company will have -1000000 C&N are not trustworthy car dealers, their business is not to sell car and help people.They sold me a faulty car and when I went to claim my money back they become aggressive and advise you to go to trading standard. they know very well the loopholes of the law and they use them for their convenience. a bit of bad news : trading standards doesn't have the power tho enforce them to give your money back. fraud police seems not interested despite the numerous evidence , i am still waiting for an answer, Ombudsman still waiting for an answer. Court orders , useless as they already have many and they don't pay back . seems no body is enforcing them. ( i wonder how is that the court doesn't realize about the the previous court orders this man have). the owner of c&N systematically change the name and the address of the company (slightly) to continue trading and avoid extra contractual responsibilities : before C&N automotive trade limited , 18/19/25 freeman park... now C&N Garage 20 freeman park and in previous years he totally changed the name. the owner of this company doesn't think of us as as hardworking customers that don't have enough money to get a new car. he thing of as as easy prey , gullible and stupid people that come to his business to give him money for nothing. i think we should join forces and go to the authorities together or do a manifestation in front of his business to prevent this happening again and get the authorities attention. good news: if you pay by debit card you can get your money back through the dispute department of your bank as the item you bought presented faults that were not to told to you ( there a limitation of time ) . or you can refuse the purchase ( simple letter saying you refuse the purchase ... give your reasons) and speak to your bank , take the car back to them. I got my money back trough the bank but it seems bank got problem getting money from their bank. i forgot to tell i complained to auto traders and pointed the evidence to them but they chose to continue working with them.

C & N Automotive Trade sold me a car with a serious engine fault. Failed to fix it three times. Took them to Small Claims Court and won. Instead of paying me, C&N changed the name of their company slightly. Obviously know what they're doing because they've done it many times before. You can search Companies House and see for yourselves.

We bought a car from Jason in January 2016. The car was never available for collection, they made out they could not get the parts. This kept going for a while. When we turned up in person to get our money back, he told us the company had closed and had reopened as a new business so we had lost our money. Jason is a horrible, horrible man. I believe in karma, so I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I am having the same issues as everyone else - handed over 1,500 for a car that had "minor" issues and as of today (three weeks later), still have no car. The owner, Jason John, would not take many of my calls. It is clear he is simply ignoring my calls as when we contacted him from a different number he picked up immediately. Last week we agreed and he confirmed a final delivery date for the car, or a refund. When the date came, he was nowhere to be found and instead had another member of staff call me to tell me the car is not ready. I asked for a refund and have been told they cannot authorise it and I have to go through the legal channels. I am currently in the process of claiming a refund through my credit card company and taking legal measures against them. I was lead to believe the company is reputable based on top reviews on the Auto Trader app. I would urge everyone who used Auto Trader to leave their honest review there to help other potential victims.

The service from start to finish was amazing! Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble! (My dad was impressed with his hand shake!) Will definitely recommend this place!
