There is no complaint regarding the staff. Very polite. However simply put. We were told a car that had a two electrical faults. Yet told us when we gave it back that it had been thoroughly checked. Before the sale. Either they hadn’t or they knowingly sold us a bad car. They fixed it as it was in the 14 days. Plus advised us they made sure it had been throughly check again. Giving the benefit of the doubt we took it away. Sometimes these things happen. 24 hours later, squealing noise, 12 hours later. Engine management light is on! With more drags and noise. Now keep in mind we are driving children in this car. My husband is self employed and loses 170 a day. Clearly this garage has no care and it’s all about the sale.

Took my car for a service also another problem. Picked car up and no paperwork with it. Called garage for it was told they would send by email never received. Called twice for it had to go to dealership in end and took car to another garage to have problem fixed as it was not done. Not happy at all

Mark was our salesman. He gave us all the information we needed when we visited the showroom and was efficient in processing our order. On collection he was very patient ( we’re not youngsters) and, even though his next customer had arrived, he gave us time to explain the mechanics of the dashboard display. Still lots to learn but we know we can go back to Mark for help when we need it. We loved the ride, Thank you

Florian was the salesman, very professional, polite and listened to what I wanted in a car. The car I brought was very clean. Because of Covid Florian wasn’t allowed in the car but he did send me a tutorial video to explain the features of the car. I was very happy with the car and the service.
The service from mick on buying my Motability grandland x has been outstanding and truly amazing he delivered my car within a week from me ordering the car and kept in contact all the time mick thank you so much outstanding

Drove 1:30hrs to an appointment made a week ago. Had to wait 45 minutes. Car battery dead. Had to move 4 cars to get car out. Went petrol station on test drive. Worst service I’ve ever received.
