I'll be very short ,never been served like this in my life, when you want to spend a lot of money for the new car ,and the person treating you like "rubbish"- I don't know who is selecting this people there but if you want to feeling happy buying new car don't go in Eastbourn Audi
After seeing a after sale manager at Eastbourne audi.. I understand that he was employed to get escape from free repairs that audi promises. 12 years corision warranty? Well not really. My car is nearly 7 years old. Started to get some paint pushed out from rust underneath.. The guy tried everything to make me believe that been painted before. No no no a big no.. Stop playing games with loyal customers please! Was measuring paint electronic device. Saying that no all same all around the car.. Well they are not. No car is. I told him to measure another car even newer than mine. Then was no much all around in the other car either.. So that car needed painting as well?? Come on audi. Is it you or the person you employed? Shame on you to let customers down.. Going back to bmw after this matter.. I feel muchly disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting service from Caffyns Audi in Eastbourne. Audi are withholding my deposit, which was paid for a car that I didn't receive! If I've got any advice its to shop at Audi Tunbridge wells. More variety of cars and much better service. The beauty of them is that Mark Stevens a 'manager' of Audi Eastbourne does not work there, this so called manager is rude, loves to speak over you and shout on the phone as well as hanging up when he refused to listen to any of my points. Whats makes it worse is the fact my brother brought a car from them at the same time, and they DIDNT pay the finance off on his part exchange meaning he was billed for a months payment on a car he didn't own! The Used-Car he also ordered was sold as having 4 brand new tyres, upon further inspection 2 of the tyres had considerable chunks of tyres taken of the walls, and in the managers words "we fucked up". This is also not the first time I've had family members treated like rubbish from Audi Eastbourne, if you aren't buying new, good luck getting any decent customer service.

Recently bought an approved used car from Eastbourne Audi Staff are very helpful and friendly, unfortunately the car was sold with heavily corroded brake discs which is not would you would expect from a main dealer, these will need replacing soon if not straight away. This was indicated on the MOT which seems to have been carried out by Eastbourne Audi themselves. I would not advise against buying a car from here just make sure that all serviceable parts are replaced by the dealer before buying.
