I have had VW cars and vans for the last thirty years. Never have I had such poor service from a VW dealer. Because of the way I have been treated by Caffyns Eastbourne I will never ever purchase another VW. Please do not go to this dealers,it is truly terrible.

I bought my VW two years ago and Caffyns have provided an excellent and caring experience. It suits us to use local traders as we find we get a more effective and caring response. Would recommend.

Appalling service so far from Caffyns Volkswagen Eastbourne. Salesman gave us some figures verbally on Friday and promised to email them. He was working Saturday and Sunday but by Sunday afternoon had still not sent them. When I rang to say that I expected them within the next hour or any sale would be off, I hadn't even got those words out when the receptionist put the phone down on me. I had been perfectly polite but was just going to state the situation.

I RECENTLY HAD MY 1ST. YR. TOUREG SERVICE AT CAFFYNS VW EASTBOURNE, WHEN I LOOKED AT THE CAR AFTER I FOUND 2 WHEELS HAD BEEN KERBED, I REPORTED IT TO THE MANAGER THERE, WHO TOLD ME IT WAS'NT CAFFYNS SO I MUST HAVE DAMAGED MY OWN WHEELS.
