I brought a car back in August and it failed the mot in September on major corrosion, told this dealership and he said its not his responsibility and it happened after I brought the car which is a big lie.. three independent garages have said this amount of damage has taken time to show, it was there when I purchased the car... They have broken the 2015 consumer act law where they either have to replace the car or pay to have it repaired as I had, had the car less than 6 months they have have refused to do either and have ignored any form of communication from me... You see a pic of the corrosion on the Facebook page under reviews posted 15th September, plus their other bad reviews...

I purchased a 2nd hand car from Camberley Motor house. The Car have multiple problems and when I spoke to the dealer about the same, they refused for any assistance. I took the car to different workshops for repair, however they refused to work on the car due to multiple major faults in the car and told me to reach out to dealer and get it repaired by them. However, the dealer refused to take any responsibility. I will not advise anyone to buy cars from Camberley Motor house.

I saw a Citroen C1 advertised on auto-trader and called Camberley Motorhouse to discuss the car. Adam assured me it was in good condition but told me ‘honestly’ it had a bit of a ‘dent’ on the passenger side. He said it wouldn’t cause any issues and wouldn’t bother him so I paid a £95 deposit to secure the car because he was so sure I would buy it once seen and it was exactly what I was looking for. Went to look at the car the next morning and the ‘dent’ is actually significant structural damage to the passenger side, obviously from an accident. The left side above the front wheel has been hit, or hit something, which has caused the left side to shift and the headlight has been pushed in. This is not mentioned in the ad and was not told to me when I called to discuss. Adam was purposely misleading and now refuses to refund my deposit, which I think is disgusting as he wasn’t honest. Had he told me the ‘dent’ was more significant, I wouldn’t have bothered to pay a deposit and definitely wouldn’t have taken the time to see the car. As such, give them a big swerve and don't deal with them. I sent a registered letter to their registered company address requesting my deposit back under the Misrepresentation Act and they refused to sign for it, which leads me to think this happens with regularity.

Brought a Ford Focus from Camberley Motorhouse on the way home car started to smoke thought it was where it had been stood for a while get home cars running terrible, mechanic says turbo fault, over £800 just for parts, contact garage with no joy 7days later car won’t run contacted them to be told they won’t refund me a non runner even tho they sold me this donkey with the issues!! I’m fuming!!! Going to trading standards!! DO NOT BUY FROM CAMBERLEY MOTOR HOUSE !!!!!

Hello , I buy 3 weeks ago car from them , and I got the same problem with car . He said , he is not going to give anything for me , he will pis me of as much he can . And I’m going to the court with it . So if you would like to go with me , contact me on my email . Is not even because of the money , he has to stop do it because that’s not save , and we have to work so hard for that many , and he is just stilling them from us . Good luck .

Bought a car from Camberley Motorhouse by time I got it home 70 mile journey engine management light came on took car to main dealer who told me catalytic converter was the problem plus front discs and pads were wrong dealer offered to pay for pads and discs and catalytic was done under warranty but still waiting for payment for the brakes from the dealer poor after care service.
