Basically I taken a deposit over the phone you said your car is excellent condition far from it You told me there’s just a bit of rust on the arches then when you turned up you asked me where’s the spare wheel for my car then I said no worries I can ring bmw they said it came from the factory without a spare there just run flats.Then you started to look for any excuse to fault our car then I agreed to knock a little money off.I asked you to have a test drive you said no it’s ok then I knew you were trying a stupid game.Then when it came to your car the leather seats were all ripped and damage scratches everywhere I taken it for a test drive then I pulled over in the park pull the bonnet lid and undone the oil cap there was all oil contamination then I checked the dipstick the same then I told you I need my mechanic to check the car you said no I haven’t got time I said he’s just around the corner.I gave your deposit back £200 ithough you wasted my time and your own then I realise how you write this. I told you I need to check before we px the car you clearly knew what you was doing.
