Customer service was excellent, couldn’t be more happy with my new car, cantilever was more than what a customer could ask for in a dealership! Also had a very nice surprise of flowers given to me after I had purchased my car which made it even more special!

I'm assuming 90% of these reviews will be from friends/family. But i can assure you as a former paying customer, I would AVOID cantilever car centre at all costs! Cars cantilever car centre cars are sell in poor quality that they have picked up cheaply and bodged for a quick sell. These people are a cowboy outfit that don't think twice about selling a car that will breakdown as soon as you hand the money over. For the sake of going through all the trouble, do your research and find a reputable.

I bought a car from Cantilever Car Centre a few months ago, excellent service, until you go back when something goes wrong with your car you have bought. My car was leaking oil so I took it to the garage were I bought it, and spoke to Dave the owner, he was awful and quite rude, saying " the car has had it!" and I have never known this to happen to this make of car and more! He continued to cause a scene it was shocking the way he spoke to me, he wouldn't have spoken that way to my husband like he did to me. After all the fuss he made, all it needed was a new oil filter!! So if you are a woman I would stay clear as you will only get abuse if you go back when there is something wrong with your car you have bought, or make sure you have a man with you. He is huge four times larger than me at 5ft 2" it was quite disturbing, I did not take the car back to complain I took it back to the garage I bought it from to pay to get it fixed, We have only lived in Warrington for six months and do not know any other garages. One star only because it is quite near to were I live in Warrington.

This morning my husband and I went to this dealership to view a Golf 1.4 with a view to purchasing. We had the misfortune of having to deal with Alf, whose customer service skills are non existent. The vehicle had multiple scratches which were not mentioned on the details on the website. When we mentioned this to Alf he said "it's a used car so what do you expect. I cannot make a used car a new car. It's immaterial to me whether you buy the car or not as I sell a hundred cars a week, and don't need to sell this to you". He said this on a number of occasions when we asked questions about the car. We found this attitude to be totally outrageous, and have never experienced such rudeness from a retailer. As a result we would seriously question after sale service offered, and we would never consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
