Found a car I wanted & was interested but I was dubious as my last car dealer ripped me off, badly. So I was cautious obviously. You know what? I had nothing to worry about. Everyone I spoke to in there were great. I loved the car but pointed some things out. Not a problem they sorted them straight away. Bought the car & still had minor hiccups. Rang up & spoke with Danny who I had dealt with. Nothing was a problem for him. Took the car in & he brought me home. Picked it up with no problems. Everytime I rang within the month, it wasn't a problem. Things were sorted, not that there was much to sort. Nothing was too much trouble. They were great. Danny was brilliant. Always happy to help. I love my car, I'm now so glad I saw it & went for it & wish I had gone there for my previous car 🙄 Thank you for all you great customer service & my brilliant car.

Received great customer service from Alf. Nothing was too much trouble. Visited twice to view cars and test drive and once to collect car that we purchased. Each time staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Buying a car for our daughter's 21st birthday while the UK is in lockdown and we are stuck abroad provided many challenges. David was brilliant, my daughter is not tall and his wife even went to sit in the car to show me how close you could get to the steering wheel and videoed it! They held the car for 3 weeks until we were sure we'd be paid. They took it to her (about 250 miles) on the right day and sanitized it, there was no extra charge. My daughter said it was spotless and drove beautifully. No idea why anyone could say the service was poor or rude.

Travelled 80miles to buy a car. The car had superficial scratches and a dint in left wing, fuel was empty. All we wanted was enough fuel to get home as there was half a tank in old car. They said no and shown directions to the nearest petrol station. 100% will never buy a car from there. RUDE
