Terrible service today! Brought car a month ago and a new mot on it only to find a list of faults, and took it back only to get a salesman talking down at me!! Maybe my money isn't enough for him, arrogance and intimidating (well trying to be) will never use this lot again, steer clear.
I found the dealership very helpfull with the purchase of my 2008 ford kuga..im really happy with the kuga..great car drives land looks like new .i would rrcommend this company to family and friends
Terrible service. Bought a car I found later to be over priced! Lied about mileage on advert. Had issue with car took back to resolved and they wouldn't except it was faulty. Had to have privately fixed(faulty egr valve) which they diagnosed as low on petrol!! Would never recommend
Took my car for a MOT yesterday and they said it would be done in two days,just had a call now saying 2 - 3 weeks. I now have to cancel my planned holiday to Spain so I can hire a car for three weeks,garages like this should be closed down.
Canvey Carriage Company were outstanding, so helpful and friendly, they put the car through an MOT and fully valeted it. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Purchased a car from Canvey Carriage Company a few months back. Within two weeks the clutch started slipping, when changing the oil and filter a lot of the pipes needed to be tightened. Despite having an MOT with an advisory for tyre's three different tyre company's said all four tyre's was illegal due to uneven wear. Due to uneven wear all 4 wheels had to be realigned also was missing a rear camber bolt. In all the guy that sold the car was professional and helpful, if I had the time and had been near them when the clutch started slipping I would have taken it back. To cover your self take a mechanic to check the car before you buy.
Everything was all good, the dealership stuck to their word and the car was exactly as they said it was, only thing that annoyed me is that there was zilch petrol in the car so I was immediately looking for the nearest station but apart from that I was happy.

UNFORTUNATELY second hand car dealers are not allowed to have more than minimum fuel in cars on there forecourt. For safety reasons. Very annoying but the law is the law.

Had this person had asked he would have been directed to the Morrison's petrol station around the corner 3 minutes away !!

This the third car I've got from canvey carrige if I have any promlems I just ring gero how favourite car sales man and he sorts it ,how latest car is a Mercedes and were over the moon with it, when its time to get our next car I will not hesitate to part x it there for a nother hassel free transaction .
