Bought a car to find out the MOT was fraudulent. Lots wrong with car. Oil leaks noisy engine. Delivery was at night so you could really tell issues. Not a care in the world when you complained. Back street company no boss apparently to speak to. Just DODGY and FAKE Avoid at all costs they are liars Reported to trading standards to are investigating apparently
Bought a car and it arrived Saturday evening. Later at night. Seemed to be okay on arrival and I was handed warranty leaflet and invoice. Next day in the light. There was two cracks to the window screen. Tip in back seat. Side steps once I put my foot off fell off. I immediately contacted the seller who told me not to worry he would sort the side steps just get a price from a local garage. I booked this in at a local garage. They told me that it would be a complete new set as they were eroded and could not be welded back on. I called again to raise concerns of a rattle and very noisy engine. I decided to call the warranty leaflet provided on sale date 15th April. I was told no warranty was active. I then tried relentlessly to contact them left voicemails messages about my concerns. They told me not to worry it takes 5 days. I have been chasing the side steps and warranty all month and getting no where fast. Finally he sent it to me on May 5th. I wanted to get the car checked asap fluid was leaking engine was really noisy and rattling so I needed it to be covered. I waited 5 days as advised last time and contacted warranty. It was invalid as I bought car 15th April and these issues were before the warranty started. Completely had. I’ve requested a full refund request as I am within my 30 days according to Consumer Rights Act 2015. Shakoor asked me to put it in writing which I did on May 10th. Since then I have not had a reply or an answer moving forward to rectify the situation. I feel conned out of £6825. I have contacted Auto Trader were I seen advert to let them know and it now looks like I need a legal team. The MOT was not given on sale although it was done day before so today I am contacting DVLA fraud as I believe they have switched off the warning lights. Car smells like something is burning it’s leaking and sounds like a black Hackney old fashioned taxi. Wheels are dragging to the right making it difficult to steer safely. I have young children which they were aware of. I am in talks with Consumer Services regarding my rights. I am entitled by law to a full refund. My messages and emails have gone unanswered to date.

take them to court i have the same problems and it seems others do aswell they need closing down it’s disgusting how they treat the customer.

They have asked me to put forward proof of the faults so I have today put in in for an MOT with a good garage so this will show the car faults and dangers they have imposed on myself and my family. I am within 30 days to get a full refund. I have reported the MOT station to VOSA obviously a fake MOT was done so this will be investigated y them. They also come to inspect my vehicle too so awaiting a call from them. I’ve reported to consumer services and Trading standards. I am wondering what the outcome will be after I provide the new MOT with the faults and findings that will back me up. I hope it is resolved as the next step is court. I won’t let this go.

take them to court i have and they’ve told a pack of lies there too but they can’t win under the consumer rights law so don’t worry you’ve had the same problems i’ve had it’s disgraceful this company is

i am still in court with these ripoffs nearly 12 months later it’s a joke they still continue to lie they’re disgusting people ripping off innocent customers take them to court DO NOT let them get away with it
can’t give anything less than 1star or i would do …. the pics shown online didn’t show the damage internally OR the dirt inside either … well they delivered this heap of junk to me late at night in the dark and rain so i couldn’t see it properly i sat in the passenger seat with some bloke who asked me to sign here there and everywhere which was rushed like mad by him i said ive not examined the car he said it’s ok … i was told the car was perfect little did i know it was by a con man … the reverse camera wouldn’t work which they said they will replace ok that’s great then they left … the next day i went out to look at it and found a lot of damage inside which had not been pointed out nor shown on pics on the website either seat handle broken ripped driver seat broken back window catch all the inside door handles scuffed there was more too and the dirt that had been left inside was horrible bits of food and crumbs everywhere (which they said if it bothered me they would send me £20 for a quick wash ..bear in mind a proper valet is at least £35 )… THEN i moved it off my drive and the engine light came on…. i tried to ring them no answer so had to backwards and forwards with messages which they now complain about (well answer your phones then ) they want me to drive it to a garage with the light on and find out what’s wrong with it then they will see what to do as they don’t hold any responsibility for the interior damage and apparently i had inspected this (which i have cctv which proves i didn’t ) … i have contacted my solicitor citizens advice police and the ombudsman and within my rights to have a full refund wether it has faults or not but it’s now leaking oil aswell may i add … this car had an mot in 2021 with advisories on then nothing until 2023 (may i add the police thought this was very strange aswell) and miraculously it passed with no advisories what so ever but with no proof of the work being carried out at all …. now they are refusing to message back and i’m stuck with an unusable car and out of pocket by 5 and half grand … avoid these like the plague they are rip off merchants … they have been sent letters that they have ignored and this will be going to court and the police have been informed aswell as the mots as they are obviously dodgy … they also changed their terms and conditions the day i put my complaint into them about my statutory rights and now these conditions are all about the statutory rights i stated i have (very coincidental) ALSO they say a load of rubbish prices added on their invoice about service (which is has not had since 2021) and warranty etc which then reduces your car value by £1000 absolutely atrocious this is … BUT trading standards have told me that’s rubbish it has to be a FULL refund of ALL monies paid to them including delivery as they delivered to me despite what NEW terms and conditions they have have put down … PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company they are so dishonest and tell more lies than pinocchio read other reviews on google about them you can tell half of them the good ones are false probably by the same mot garage they use …. BE WARNED .. 🤬🤬

Lucky these don't offer less than 1 star!!! Dealership my A**, they are con men. Car drove nice around the block (less than a minute), but then within 30 miles the engine light was on with a fault, Turns out to be the DPF!!! the rear window didn't work, the touch screen on the sat nav didn't work, the air con didn't work but couldn't tell as it was night time when they allowed me to test drive it so it was blowing cold air. speakers in the rears didn't work, massive gash in the tyre, Seat belt retention was faulty but they deleted the fault code. Contacted them instantly as these issues were found and they fobbed my off. 30 day warranty only covers engine and gearbox apparently!!! which i wasn't told at the time. The car was £3800 but on the invoice they put it as £1000 less, and made out the other £1000 was for MOT, Service, Warranty and Admin fees, Car MOT was last done 11 months ago, Service was last done 2 years ago, but if i wanted to return the car they deduct these fees from the total i paid, also they put it to a garage and any mechanical faults are repaired and comes of the amount i paid and then I would receive a refund. So basically for driving 30 miles they wanted to give me £2800 minus anything that was previously wrong with it mechanically!!! Stay well clear. They make out there out on the road collecting new cars but in fact they only let you test drive them in the evenings when its dark and you cant see the issues!!!

take them to court i’ve had the same problems they’re rip offs it’s cost me another £455 for court fees but they can’t win under the consumer act of 2015 we have rights and now they’ve responded to the court with another pack of lies BUT i have all the proof and cctv of the car being delivered etc so they havent a leg to stand on

I wish you had read my review before purchasing the car, the exact same story. I never managed to get anywhere so I wish you all the luck in getting summit out of them.
