Bought a car in january 2024 with 3 repairs required on it. Which we were told would be resolved in a TIMELY manner. The car has been in and out of the garage god knows how many times. STILL (10 months down the line) waiting for this problem to be resolved!!!! Dont bother ringing and asking for a call back, you wont get one as the communication is utterly diabolical. Asked to speak to a manager, never got to him either as believe its the dad of the sales rep. Everytime you ring, you just get "which car is it you are talking about" when the person in question knows exactly which car its referring to. Or even better, ignored, but if you ring on a different number you get straight through!!! Followed by, we all have a meeting X time, ill get back to you, they never do!!!! Dont waste your time, they just like to bury their heads in the sand & i think theyre hoping if they continously ignore the problem, the fairies will take it away. Also now believe they are reopening under yet another name - so keep your eyes peeled!!!!!

The worse car dealers in the world, nothing but a conman and a thief, I am a emergency worker working for the NHS, when I bought the car of the dealer, I stressed I needed a reliable car for my job, he offered me 3 months warranty for free or 12 months for £200,I took the 12 months for £200 option, when I phoned the warrenty company 6 weeks after buying the car as it needed a major job repairing on it, the warranty company never received the money from him, I belive from reading past reviews about this car dealers that it common practice for him just to pocket the money and not pass payment on to the warrenty company so I have to, find £1,400 repair bill, you only have to read his replies to past customers reviews he is a arrogant threatening bully, in my case the trading standards are investigating, I warn other people to do the same, his company as a terrible reputation, this is a genuine review and warning to others, don't get robbed like I did, I look forward to his nasty reply to this genuine review I am sure he won't disappoint

THIS COMPANY CAR2GO LTD BASED IN NEWTON LE WILLOWS ARE A SHOCKER IT USED TO BE KNOWN AS AUTO DIRECT. IT WENT BUST THEN STARTED ON THE SAME PREMISES UNDER THE NAME CAR2GO LTD, IT'S STILL ROBBING PEOPLE WHATEVER THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, I PAID £200 POUNDS FOR 12 MONTHS WARRANTY HE NEVER EVEN PASSED THE MONEY ON TO THE WARRENTY COMPANY, HE JUST POCKETED IT, THE CAR NEEDED £1200 OF REPAIRS TO IT AND WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY THE WARRANTY IF HE HAD PAID IT, NOTHING BUT ROBBERS AND NEED JAIL TIME AVOID AT ALL COST
