After purchasing a 2020 van it developed an oil leak, we contacted them and they didnt want to know as it was out of warrenty by 2 days. 4 weeks & 2 days in it completely broke down & was recovered to a garage that we use. The guy there said it was going to cost me £2000 to put right so we contacted them and to be fair Aiden was extremely good he basically said to choose another vehicle they would recover it, mend it and sell it on in an auction. But after a week the replacement van developed a fault. Again to be fair they said they would give me my money back but had to wait 3 days & threaten them with the small claims court. The overall experience wasn't brilliant, you leave messages and they dont call you back but it was sorted eventually.

Went to look a Renault Master Luton van unfortunately when I arrive the vehicle had Not long, I’m going to cross the road. I won’t be far. just sold my fault as I never called to say I was coming dealt with Simon he was really helpful showed me round other vehicles but they never had what I was after but thanks for showing me around Kind regards, Shaun I will keep an eye out on the website to see if you have one coming in

So i bought a van from here last month for cash and by the time i got it home it was leaking oil, i spoke to Aidan on the phone and he told me to bring it back in. I live 2hours away. Who drives a van with an oil leak. I said no I will take it to a garage around here. He agreed if it was a small fix he would refund me the cost. It costed me £66 plus VAT as when they serviced the van they used the wrong washer on the sump. I spoke to Aidan and emailed the invoice, a month later still not heard anything. I don’t expect the refund but when you buy a 14k van you would expect them to at least service it right. Will not be buying from these again.

I bought a van from these in February. I paid cash up front and the service was good at first . 3 months after having the van it broke down. I was told from an Independent garage that the van was undrivable and dangerous. It had been MOT'd by car&caravan Brigg the week before I bought the van. Major faults had been ignored by them in order to sell the van (quick) I was the unlucky one! After being ignored by car&caravan brigg to resolve the matter they have blocked me on social media so I can't leave any comments. Like I said there nice as pie when you've got the cash there and as soon as there's a problem they don't want to know, selling dangerous vehicles to anyone. Avoid like the plauge!!!

What a nightmare! The salesman (Adam) extolled the family friendly virtues of this company. Collected a three year old van on the Saturday - it completely broke down on the following Friday and the warranty is worth nothing when you are expected to take the vehicle back to Brigg (we had a £500+ quote for recovery). Lesson learned - go to a reputable dealership and steer clear of this one!
