My son purchased a car from Car Capital. Well with think it’s a dealer. Initial experience good but something has seriously gone wrong. You wouldn’t be surprised that he is now not interested at all about the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Warranty is useless and you purchase at risk. Please be careful.

I was looking for a new car and my mechanic suggested I go to Car Capitol. I went to have a look at some of their cars and was very happy with the friendly welcome I received. I had a look at a good selection of cars and ended up purchasing a Vauxhall Zafira Exclusive with a very low mileage at a reasonable price.i would definitely recommend Car Capitol to my family and friends and would also purchase another car myself but hopefully not for a few years yet.
Found a car on the Car Capital website and went over to Coventry to the dealership to have a look but unfortunately for me at that point it had sold. Despite this I stayed and had a look around to see if they had anything else for sale and I actually found a car I liked on the forecourt with a better mileage. The dealership were excellent, I cant fault the service I received back in March and because of that I recommend them to family and friends.

The customer service was excellent. I purchased a BMW 320d there they said I wouldn't be disappointed and they was right the car was in excellent condition. They met me at the station with the car as I came all the way from London. I would definitely use car capital again
