I got the car delivered from Car Central Birmingham, and I am so impressed with the delivery team! The guy who delivered my car was so professional, friendly, informative, and all-around brilliant. I saw the car online on Friday, and it was delivered the following Friday with a full service and MOT done. I had never used Car Central Birmingham before. After seeing the car online, I spoke to the sales team, who answered all my questions about the car and sent me a walk-around video to show me all the details. My partner and son actually went to see it in person and were happy with it, so we purchased it. Everything was brilliant from the sales to the delivery. The car came cleaned and fully prepared for me, and so far, I am really enjoying it with no issues. I would definitely go back to Car Central Birmingham in the future; they really gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. A big thank you from me.

I needed a car quickly after having mine stolen, and Car Central sorted me out straight away. It was a very quick transaction, no waiting around. The car and the dealership were presentable, and I must say the car was priced accordingly, which is sometimes rare at dealerships nowadays. All in all, it was a good experience. The car itself is running great. I've done almost 1,000 miles in it already, and not one issue has come up. I don't see any reason I wouldn't go back in the future. I really recommend them for a quick, easy transaction.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Car Central Birmingham. I actually bought the car online and had it delivered from the dealership. Everything was great with the delivery; the car arrived spotless, serviced, and with a full MOT. I am really happy with the car! I did have some issues with communication and didn't receive my logbook and green slip until 3-4 days later, but there was a lady who helped me with the sale, and she was so polite and made the process a breeze. I am very pleased overall, and the car is great!
