The salesman at Car Central talks my kind of language. He seemed like a straight forward guy and we talked through everything, he seemed like an honest trader.

Fiat 500x is doing okay. It was attention to detail with car central that stood out. Although, I did feel like it hard to get on the phone with them at times.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership which was later assessed by two independent garages, including a BMW specialist, who advised that it was not safe to drive. I requested a refund and resolution, however this was not agreed. The matter proceeded to court, where judgment was entered in my favour. Enforcement action was subsequently required. The ford fiesta is sound. I initially spotted it through eBay and thought why not so I brought it. I thought the warranty that comes with the vehicle is good, that was what stood out to me.

I purchased my first inifiti from Car Central as I never had one before. The car looked in good nick and I was sent a video which looked okay. There 1-2 things I wasn’t happy about which i think the car was scratched during the delivery process, but I managed to sort it myself. The interior looked in good condition and was one of the cheapest on the market regarding the mileage. I would’ve appreciated if I got chance to test drive the car when it got delivered since it was my first experience with the Inifiti’s.

No issues, no dramas with the Audi I bought at Car Central Birmingham, it drives perfectly safe. Harry was really open and candid and made the whole process smooth and easy.

I had a good experience at Car Central Birmingham, they also agreed to change the cam belt and water pump, which I was happy with. 4 stars altogether.

I was in need of a third car, as we like to have a spare for when one goes into the garage. It has been lovely so far. id give Car Central Birmingham 5 stars as they were polite friendly and gave me all the information.
