I felt like the purchase of my BMW X3 was meant to be, it was one of those things where it was the right car at the right time and everything fell into place. I don't live very close to the dealership so I made the journey down there to view the car in person and I was happy with everything I saw but the car wouldn't be ready for me until the following day. The team were extremely accommodating and delivered the car for me to save me another long journey!

I chose to buy from Car Central Birmingham because they looked to be a reputable dealer (which we are lacking in this area). They were very honest and told me the pros and cons of the cars I was viewing, there were no hidden nasties! I am very happy with the Mini I chose, I have since had the stripes removed and it looks much more to my liking now. The Mini acts as a little run around for me to get about the town and its doing its job beautifully.,

I was really impressed when I was buying my Mazda, the turn around time was very fast, quicker than I expected! Despite it being quick there was definitely no corners cut! The guys at Car Central were lovely and helpful throughout. My Mazda is doing super!

From the get go we had a very pleasant experience at Car Central, there was no pressure from the sales team. We were told to take as long as we needed to look around and had a really thorough test drive. To be honest when I think about it I can't really say anything other than the whole experience was pretty perfect.
