Having just passed my test, I was a bit nervous about the whole process and getting used to driving. But I must say, the Kia Picanto has been a fantastic choice for a new driver like me. It's compact, easy to manoeuvre, and packed with features that make driving a breeze. Buying my first car was quite a daunting task, but the salesperson at the dealership was absolutely brilliant! They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout. They took the time to explain all the details, answer my questions, and help me find the perfect car within my budget.

Car Central in Birmingham deserves nothing less than 5 stars for the outstanding service I received. From making the initial inquiry to the delivery of my Hyundai, everything was straight-forward and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Car Central to anyone looking to buy their next motor. 

I would like to say thank you to all the team for making everything run smoothly during the purchase of my DS 3. There was a minor issue with the engine management light, but when I told them about it, they could not apologise enough and were on the ball to fix it very quickly for me. My DS 3 has not skipped a beat since and it drives like a little beauty. It is nice to know that Car Central Birmingham cares about their customers after the sale and is not just out to sell you any old vehicle.

I bought a Jaguar for my son from Car Central and my son loves it. We had some issues within the first week but the guys at the dealership were quick to get it back in and get it all resolved. They got it sorted within a week as we were going away which was great. They were so easy to deal with and didn't fob me off at all. We had great customer service both on the day and from the aftersales team. I really can't fault them for how they have handled everything.

The guys at Car Central Birmingham were absolutely brilliant. My Mazda CX5 is running well and have had no issues so far. It is just absolutely perfect!

Harry was very knowledgeable not just about the car but about the industry too. He had a lovely manner and was very transparent which gave us peace of mind that he sourced his cars well and that we would have no issues. The Ford Fiesta has been great so far and it was really nice to be treated with the same due care and attention as if we were buying a high end car. I went there more hopeful than expecting anything so I was pleasantly surprised when they surpassed all my expectations and the reviews.

I got my Ssangyoung from Car Central and it has been great. It is running really well so far. We were well looked after when we went to the Birmingham branch and went on a test drive and everything. Really good service

I loved my new R class from Car Central Birmingham. I was in need of a more spacious car to ferry around my customers, and the R class provided the perfect amount of  space without affecting the driving experience. The customer service was fantastic; I even had the gaffer help me through the process and  go over the finer details, but the communication was spot on and very open and honest throughout, which is great to see. I couldn't have asked for better service, so easily rate them 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I've always driven big cars but my latest Qashqai from Car Central has a lot more mod cons than my last! Luckily for me my daughter has one, so she's basically my real-life instruction manual haha! My experience with CCB has been really positive. The process was straight-forward, no technical jargon, and no pressure. They allowed me to browse in peace at my own leisure. I can't stand it when salespeople follow you around - It's my pet hate! Thanks to the staff at the dealership for leaving me to it and providing support as/when needed; it's been a welcome change. My son-in-law's already in talks about buying another car, so it's good to keep it in the family.
