My Mercedes A-Class seems to be running okay for the moment (touchwood) it stays like that but I have no doubt it will be.

I don’t have a bad word to say about my experience as the service was quick and the car was beautifully presented. I can't remember who was looking after me but they managed to get everything sorted out on the same day with my driving down from the Wirral.

Car Central Birmingham has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in the team were super welcoming and were always on hand to help me find the right car. I had a look online before hand and came to see the Outlander they had in stock. After a short look around the car the team were happy for me to take it on a short test drive and as soon as I did, I knew I wanted it. I can't remember the salesman's name but all the paperwork was pushed through quickly and the car was mine! Very happy customer!

I've had my Scirocco for a little while now and I couldn't be happier with it. There has been a small issue with a sensor but as soon as I made the team aware of the issue, they were quick to respond and get the part ordered. I honestly can't fault the service as everyone is always willing to help.

Having just passed my test, I was a bit nervous about the whole process and getting used to driving. But I must say, the Kia Picanto has been a fantastic choice for a new driver like me. I would like to say thank you to all the team for making everything run smoothly during the purchase of my DS 3. There was a minor issue with the engine management light, but when I told them about it, they could not apologise enough and were on the ball to fix it very quickly for me. My DS 3 has not skipped a beat since and it drives like a little beauty. It is nice to know that Car Central Birmingham cares about their customers after the sale and is not just out to sell you any old vehicle.

I bought a Jaguar for my son from Car Central and my son loves it. We had some issues within the first week but the guys at the dealership were quick to get it back in and get it all resolved. They got it sorted within a week as we were going away which was great. They were so easy to deal with and didn't fob me off at all. We had great customer service both on the day and from the aftersales team. I really can't fault them for how they have handled everything.

The guys at Car Central Birmingham were absolutely brilliant. My Mazda CX5 is running well and have had no issues so far. It is just absolutely perfect!
