Absolute joke of a place get a car 2 month later breaks gets it back there(116miles away from where I live) for them to fix, apparently not under Warranty which has so many loop holes by the way, had to pay to get it fixed with alot of snard comments along the way now won't return the car as promised, went to pick up car after repair not one person in sight like they had all gone and hidden had to speak to some id never met to get my keys. Luke has the gift of the gab when purchasing but pretty clueless when comes to anything else, Christine very snotty woman needs to get some happiness in her life and the mechanics are good little lapdogs here do as there told by office, there not aloud to speak unless been told by the office, so honestly yea you could get a car from these people but make sure you have the car double checked as a very dodgy company tried speaking to them now been blocked

These frauds are disgusting people who prey in the vulnerable, they knew our plight But still coerced us into buying something we didn't want after hours n hours of waiting around.They should be expe ting a visit from the trading standards as they are a poisonous bunch of low life's.

I got a audi a4 avant of these josh was the one I was dealing with it was on finance I travelled 2 hours away for this car because I liked the car and once there find out no logbook gave me a v62 filled out to tax my car but when got post office couldn't tax it sent Withnell 2 payments to tax my car and send off the v62 josh lied saying he rang dvla and was sent off Monday so I rang them and said not received any v62 and the finance company sent me a letter of termination of contract for breach of contract not having the v5 in my name but had to send the car to finance company cause only gave me a week but takes average 4 weeks to get a v5 and so I'm out money had to borrow money to get a temporary car because of these

I’ve had the best experience ever at Withnell Car Sales. Saw the car I wanted last night and made an enquiry regarding finance. I left my details and got a call back within the hour!!
