Prior to sale it all went very slow. They seemed as though they weren't to bothered if we bought the car or not. The car was a decent price so we decided to make the purchase.

i bought a used Mercedes benz reg from the bagshot branch with very low mileage and a questionable MOT's 2nd week jan2018. Within a couple of days battery diagnostic messages and radio not displaying ...I asked for them to look into to this and they sent me to an affiliated garage . They looked at it and seemed to resolved the issue for a couple of days . But the issues have come back .I questioned them about the six monthly mots and low mileage 89,000 miles on a 2004 reg .
Dont waste your time with Car Deal Ltd,£2000 under book price clueless dealer.

I came across the Audi at Car Deal LTD through the finance company I used. The Audi was pretty clean for a used car and since I bought it in March I've not had any issues. Good overall!

Car Deal put off. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was offered a test drive after being left alone to fully examine my car. I haggled to a good price and the car was delivered at extra cost which I was happy to pay to avoid another journey around the M25. Having driven the car all seems genuine and ok. I would use Car Deal again if necessary. Rich Smith.

Walked into Car Deal, no one seemed to bothered to come see me The whole experience was unwelcoming, eventually someone came over. But the car I wanted wasn't there. I was told to come back another day. By then I'd have found a car elsewhere. Dont know about their cars, but their customer service skills are non existent!
Bought my Volvo S40 about 5 weeks ago. Very low mileage and looks great. The salesman at Car Deal Ltd was slick and obviously knew his stuff. So why only 3 stars? We were told that the car had been serviced and the salesman pointed to a date in the service history April 2017. That date turned out to be the date the car was due the next service. The biggest disappointment was that after 5 weeks and 3k the alternator failed and I have been presented with a bill by my Volvo dealer for£436. I phoned Car Deal regarding warranty and told in no uncertain terms that it was not covered. I was not seeking a full refund but would have been happy with a goodwill gesture. So look at the service manual, and think about customer service.

I have had numerous issues with my Car from Car Deal Ltd. I bought a Fiat Punto from them in January and I haven't been able to drive the car for over a month. The dealers have been very reluctant to help and I have had to go to the finance company. I would not recommend at all.

Called into the Car Deal Ltd on way past after having seen advert on internet, it was just on closing time, staff really helpful and had vehicles ready when I went back. Even when my wife wanted to look at other vehicles it was no trouble to them. i am happy with the car I purchased and the service I received and would buy another from them.
I bought a car from here in January and I am really pleased with it. I purchased an Alpha Romeo in wonderful condition and it was a really good price. I would happily recommend this dealership, the dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable.
