Cannot fault them whatsoever and will definitely recommend taking your business to them, I will again, worth the several hundred miles to get there. Really lovely people, cannot wait to do business again.

Bought car from the Car Deal Warehouse in Edinburgh 18 months ago and faultless. Went back 2 weeks ago and would never buy again from them. Salesman was a prat only thing he was interested in was his self. What he offered for my car was an embarrassment offer and all he went on about how cars depreciation in value. I understand this but the car he was selling didn’t loose value. Went elsewhere and got £1200 more for my trade in. Shocking customer service from this salesman.

Have just bought a used Hyundai i20 at a price local Hundai dealerships couldn't get close to. That aside the Customer service offered by Steven was faultless. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Steven and this dealership to anyone who is in search of an easy and painless route to securing their next car.

Cannot praise this company enough. Friendly professional helpful sales team. Nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we entered the showroom in Newbridge we were greeted with warmth. We originally went to look at a car for myself but it wasn't suitable. My husband had a test drive and bought it!! I looked at another car and had a test drive and bought that one!! 2 sales in one day. The attention we were given was absolutely first class considering my car needed modification!!! Bought a vw polo from car deal warehouse at newbridge brake callipers seized on. it needed a turbo clutch 2 front tyres shock absorber an rear brake callipers they told me it had been serviced before I got it (lies). They offered to repair the car or give me a like for like or refund I took the refund because I didn't trust them after they tried to flog me a banger of a car.. I am now without a car an out of pocket with the running up an down to Edinburgh plus having to pay to change my insurance. I'm totally disgusted with the way I've been treated by this garage.

I recently bought a car from CDW Edinburgh...this is infact my thirteenth car from them over the years. I could not be more happy in my dealings with them. The sales execs took time to explain everything to more from the financial side to the actual car itself...including various rates of interest and payment plans. Ive only had one minor coil problem with a car and they fixed it without even a grumble. They do take pride and aim towards excellence in this group and l would happily buy and recommend them. And l have to thank Tony for my recent purchase.

Thought I got a good deal from William at newbridge, but as always it's too good to be true! I myself am a car first time buyer so didn't know what to expect. I told my work friend about my deal and interest rates etc and he told me I had a shocking deal. When I reviewed this I realised that I had been charged 10% interest. Although, their websites prices are all based on a 5% interest rate. My service light came on recently after the car apparently being serviced which would last me a year. All the extras are expensive and over priced. I would be cautious when dealing with this dealer and review all contracts and workmanship and DONT take extras. I would welcome any CDW rep to challenge my review
