Leasa provided a very professional service to me when I recently purchased my first Mercedes. She made it stress free for the first time in 40 years of driving and it is a good idea having women sales people for women buyers. Thank you Leasa
Bought a Chevrolet Captiva from CDW last week and I am delighted with the car. The staff can't be more helpful and are all very caring. A special mention to the sales person I dealt with Ryan Hamilton who was very professional and straight talking. As a sales professional myself I could not fault his approach to selling the car to me. The service department are also awesome and go out of their way to try to help ensure you are happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend CDW if you are looking for a quality car from a company who provide an excellent service. Bob McKean

Ryan Hamilton from Car Deal Warehouse in response to Great service, helpful friendly staff!
Many Thanks for your kind words Robert. It was pleasure to deal with you.
I was a bit scared going into a car dealer to buy a car . you hear all the stories !. went in the guy done his talk as they do , car wont be here for long ect . bought the car . only problem was a puncture as I drove home .
I’ve already written a review of this company and I’m now writing to say we are still having issues. The mechanics don’t know what they are doing. We got a different car as the last one was a bucket and since having the new car there has been awful screeching. Just the brake pads, yes just the brakes that the mechanics have no idea how to fit. The incompetence is overwhelmingly laughable but we aren’t laughing. The Australian guy is completely void of any people skills and continues to belittle my husband, he stands with the rest of his little band of merry men and points and laughs when my husband is waiting for repairs to be done (ha that’s a joke). The Aussie then tries to retract anything he has said when his faults are pointed out to him by a superior knowledgeable mechanic. Poking something with a screw driver does not amount to a repair. Honestly people, DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been 6 months of hell. My health has suffered greatly due to the stress, my husbands is self employed and has miss numerous appointments with customers because of this companies negligence. The saga continues...........
Bought a car in July,2 from the Car Deal Warehouse in Newbridge, days later brought it in with 2 issues.it took them 8 days to Fox one issue. ( after 4 multiple attempts). The 2nd issue they couldn’t fix.i had it in there a further 5 seperate times. One time they had it for 8 days! Simon the manager said to me he would not accept he return of true car as he ‘didn’t want to lose money on a deal’ then later changed his mind. Said sorry about that asked my wife and I what car we wanted instead. We told him and left. Then : days later he changed his mind again, and refused the return of the car. ! Then became very busy everyone I called. Even being told he isn’t in today, and after turning up he was in. More than once. Then I met Matt. Service manager. Never have I met a more rude, untrustworthy liar of a man. Accused my wife and I of lying about Hingis wrong with the car then denying he said that. ! Hen they told me that the issue was a diesel filter issue. My car is a petrol. I asked if it my car for sure had one of those and was told twice yes it does! It doesn’t. It had a catalytic converter not a diesel filter. They hen said it was my fault. That I misunderstood what they said. I didn’t. My wife was listening on the conversation more than once and I have some recorded also. Then the they said that’s it. All done. I had no choice. Then on a Sunday in the fast lane at 70mph engine failure! Lights on and a dead car in limp mode. Terrifying! AA man comes out and tells me some Home Truths about CDW! Scary. Then he finds in 10 minutes, 8 faults with the car! Take it to he garage they can’t help me. Manager will call me on the Monday morning at 9am. I called 6 times Over the Monday and Tuesday to find out when I can have a courtesy car whilst the finance company investigate. Finally I get a call from ‘Matt’ saying they will not give me a courtesy car because A: they don’t have to and B: they don’t want me to have one of their cars for a longer period of time. So this is where we are. They have my broken faulty car, that I am paying for. I’m travelling 3 hours to work and 3 hours from work everyday on 2 buses which is costing me £11 per day all the while still paying for the car. Which I need to pay to fix and if I do the case I have opened will close. They are honestly untrustworthy terrible liars and so rude! More than once they have stood and laughed at my wife and I ( who is very unwell) and unusually pick up from work at night not now. Also I have had multiple people message me with the same issues or a variation of these issues who are at their wits end with this company and their utterly horrid terrible unprofessional service. It’s teulg shocking. Anyone else feeling the same feel free to Comment on here if you can and I’ll add you to the case I’m building with the help of Watchdog. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
Bought a car from Newbridge from Neil and what can I say, They couldn’t be nicer when you are going to get a car from them then once you leave the forecourt you are on your own. We have had issues with our car since the day we took it home. The car has been backwards and forwards to get “repaired” they even accused us of lying when we said we could hear a whooshing sound when pulling away, I liken the noise to when nos is activated that kind of whoosh. So today our car has now died on the motorway and we have the AA looking at it, so far he has found 8 faults. When we phoned car deal warehouse no one would speak to us initially and kept passing the buck. Utterly disgusting, once you sign your name and they have you in a contract you are screwed. Not interested one little bit. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Awful, I’m so upset and angry with the Car Deal Warehouse Newbridge.

I brought a car from Car Deal Warehouse in Newbridge and said to me buy TLP insurance it will save you from crash your car or stolen you will get a new car as a replacement. After two weeks of buying my car I hit the wall and it was broken by my car. I went to sell person and he said to me your car is more than ten years old. But I didn't want to buy TLP insurance from first time when he offered me to buy and he said to me are you crazy, I brought my car last month and he had shown his voucher and I had brought TLP why not you. They mis sold insurance but not keep their promise.

Well were do i start??? Last year the salesman at the Car Deal Warehouse who is called kevin sold me a kia pro-ceed 2 door i was more than happy,a year on i get a phone call from non other than martin who offered me the white kia ceed 35k 5 door 13 plate,They have on there site.i thought great time for a change why not the specs out way anything i have a on my kia pro-ceed also 4 year younger with sat-nav, revs sensors, etc etc i was offered this on the Friday, so being excited i got ready to go on the Saturday to have a test drive when i missed a call from martin but then texted saying the car had been sold.???.SOLD..i soon got on the phone in disbelief i have not even had a test drive you offered it to me first then sold it from under my feet,?.can i ask you were are your LOYALTIES.?.you are there to sell cars yes.but dont forget its people who buy your cars that keep you in employment, not to forget customers like me who need a Trusted base in which to work from,This comes from trust and loyalty from your salesman. commission based or not if you continue to treat your customers like you what you did to me,business will be very slow and your not the only garage who do deals.?.its ironic i was reading a review on this site from KEN who also had a car swept from under his feet in a surprise.?.i agree with you.my warning to people visiting CDW they will treat you with the up-most respect, remember they have cars to sell and and you are the buyer if there going to come across as your best friend, and look after you, leave a little thought as to how loyal they really are. Please accept my apology to the other salesman if you consider fair and honest i am sure not everyone is the same nor have you done any wrong to me.
