I recently bought a Ford Mondeo from Car Empire, and all I can say is great service and helpful throughout the whole process. Simon was great throughout, being very honest regarding a small issue with the car, which without him saying I wouldn't have been aware of until after I'd left, and that's the kind of honesty that makes all the difference. Quickly and easily blasted through the buying process, and Simon was good enough to point me in the direction of a few fuel stations locally, as not being from the area I was clueless! Simply brilliant from start to finish; I'll keep them in mind for future car shopping!

I would rate Car Empire a 5 because the sale went smoothly and I got a good part ex price for my old van. I've had a couple of small issues with new van which Simon rectified immediately, and everything's now spot on.

So far so good with my Vauxhall Vivaro - The guys at Car Empire delivered it to me which was great. I came across them on Auto Trader and made my enquiry after reading a handful of their reviews. I dealt with Simon who's a friendly, approachable chap and I'd have no qualms in recommending him to others.

I bought an Audi A6 from Simon over at Car Empire Used Cars before Christmas, but noticed the clutch started to slip not long after collecting it. When buying used cars I think it's important to understand they're not always perfect, so I called Simon to let him know what'd been happening and he couldn't have handled things better if I'm honest. He was very apologetic and booked the car in to get me sorted ASAP. He's a nice chap to speak to and he's been nothing but helpful in getting me back on the road. He's tried his best and I can't fault him for that, so I'm awarding him full marks for his efforts as it's very much appreciated.

Where do I even begin? I work for the Chilean Embassy in London, and we've always used VW Sharan's to transport VIP clients to and from the airport. One day we arrived at work to find our Sharan had been stolen, so we needed to find a replacement fast! We quickly realised there weren't many available for sale, but after searching online, we found an advert from Car Empire. The staff was extremely helpful, understood our urgent situation, and even held the vehicle for us while we arranged collection. We sent a driver on the train from London to Rotherham, and they kindly arranged to pick him up from the station which was a big help. Since collecting the car in July, we've had to get a few things done, but we've had no issues with the dealership and were grateful to be back on the road so quickly.

I bought an Audi A1 from Simon at Car Empire a few weeks back and I'm really happy with it. Simon's a lovely guy and was super patient with me as I had a nightmare with payment. My bank kept stopping the transfer to do fraud checks, and the same happened with my dad. We were buying the car at 7pm or something like that, so it was pretty late, but Simon bared with us and stayed late until we got sorted. He's a top bloke and I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

I was after a manual petrol Honda Civic and soon realised there weren't many for sale in the North of England. I was about to give up until Auto Trader alerted me to a new listing from Car Empire, so I jumped straight on it. The chaps at the dealership were great! Really friendly and helpful. I felt really comfortable and never under any pressure to make decisions. They talked me through all aspects of the vehicle in terms of features and functionalities, and to top it off, they delivered it to my door the next morning. If that's not a 5 star service I don't know what is!!!

Simon was very knowledgeable and friendly. My Ford Edge was priced competitively and the after sales attention to detail was excellent. I would definitely recommend Car Empire Used Cars & Vans and look forward to buying from Simon again further down the line.
