Well, they went through everything before hand with me about the car. On the day of the pick up the car was nice and clean, paperwork all sorted and set out of me so it was a simple process. I was a little concerned they offered us a warranty that wasnt good but we had a minor problem and they sorted it under the warranty and it didnt cost us a penny.

Everything was good, I didnt have to bother or worry about a little thing when i buy my Mercedes Benz C180 from here. I see the car, look around it, take it for a drive so i buy it. Papework all as it should be so a good easy buy for me. I would go again

Car Giant were just really helpful, went through all the cars and told us all features they had. We didnt have a clue what we wanted when we turned up so having them on hand to tell us everything was grea, in the end we chose an Audi A4 S Line. So with our experience the best part was them being knowledgeable and helpful. They were always prompt too, everything ready when we came to collect and as it should be. No problems since and its been around 4 weeks so we are very happy. Its only fait to leave a good review when you have good service and would encourage anyone to go here for you next car

Car Giant were just prompt and did exactly what was needed. A great example is when they would not release our new car(Mercedes Benz C220) as a part had not come in and there was an issue. As annoying as this can be I was actually happy they did this rather than let us drive away, have problems and come back. Ive not had to go back so what they did clearly did the trick

The big thing about my experience with Car Giant down in London was that it was seemless, quick and easy. No hassle, no problem. Everything done that they said they would do at the time they said. Love my Mini Cooper S so would see what they had in the future and if friends and family asked would tell them to as well
