Not happy, beware. When I paid the deposit on the car it was all fine after inspection. The day I went to collect it there were scratches under the wing mirror. I pointed this out and they were not interested and no one wanted to speak to me,. The carpets were dirty, I was told it would be cleaned, it felt like someone had been driving it around between the time i paid the deposit and came to collect. Beware

I found the service good overall, however did find they were slow in resolving finance issue maybe due to mis communication and so did have one day wasted visiting the site. Overall would recommend to friends

BEWARE: We have just endured a very poor experience with Cargiant. We went to view a Nissan Qashqai, which at £9k, seemed like a decent deal. We were told all Cargiants vehicles undergo a proper internal examination. Although nervous about handing over the £200 deposit, I did it, and arranged for a test drive. We drove the Qashqai around the block, but it didn’t feel right. We could hear an audible grating noise as the car idled. The noise got even louder as the car was driven around the corner. The car was clearly not fit for re-sale. However, on pointing out this rather obvious issue to Cargiant, we were emphatically told we were not getting our £200 back. Their intransigence regarding our deposit is extraordinary. Cargiant is a slick used car operation where the sales rhetoric is hollow and the motors on sale are decidedly dodgy.
Great selection of cars at reasonable prices .. simple checkout process. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would buy from them again.

Very simple process. Good selection of cars and prices reasonable, no pressure from staff. Not the high-end service you expect from a Main Dealer, but you are not paying for that either. Warranty and GAP insurance was expensive, got elsewhere for about 2/3rds of the price from Car Giant.

Much lower than dealer prices and great selection, but if you want quality after sales, warranty included etc I suggest paying dealer prices. I have had no problems with the car or service from them and would buy from them again. Check market rates for the extras they offer. I was able to get the same warranty much cheaper elsewhere. They are like a supermarket. You pick you car and checkout simple as that with no come back on Car Giant if things go wrong.
