bought a peugeot 3008 in may a week after faulty message was showing called the after sales and even send pictures to them, the gave me a date 3 weeks after reporting to them to bring the car to them, took the car which spend over 2 weeks with them, they called the y have repair the fault and when i got there to pick the car first the car was in a total mess both inside and outside dirty, also the fault is still showing, was told to take it to kwikfix which i did even send a am email with the picture of the major issue which they couldn't find with the car spending over 2 weeks with them that is like in june, no body from the after sales called and i got a reply from them in july 4th that they are going to call kwikfit the next day which they didn't, i call to complain and told them need to change the car or they should look for a solution the salesman wrote on the note that i reject the car and they decided not to do anything. now they are trying to twist the blame on me that because i said i would like to change the car to another they decided not to follow up. trust m won't even advice y worst enemy to get a car from them anymore.

I have purchased this car Volkswagen... I have purchased this car Volkswagen Golf last year in July from car giant believing that uk's best used car dealers but It wasn't the case before even I reached the first year of having this vehicle it start giving me the huge problems, I had to replace the whole mechatronic unit because it stopped working which cost me 4k.After that I hardly drove my car for a week but it stop working again when I got the car checked the technician came across with more faults things like flywheel, starter motor, alternator and battery. I paid a good amount to car giant for my peace of mind but clearly this is not the case. This is a constant stress now in order for me to deal with all these issues I try to speak to customer services but they were so rude and not ready to listen anything because it's been a year and they not ready to talk about the scam they did to me I am in a stressfull situation and making everyone aware that before you guys head to Cargiant make sure you get everything checked thoroughly and don't get robbed like me. Or choose any other traders but my advice to all do not go to car giant

They advertise on Autotrader a lot . On the face of it , the cars look cheap.First thing to notice is all the car pictures are taken from a distance.The reason for this will become clear. I placed a deposit on a low mileage insignia . On the Web after being guided there by a telephone enquiry I made . During which I was told the car has been discounted. I made it clear I was traveling in to London from West wales. I then got a follow up telephone conversation the next day. During which I was supposed to be given full details about the car. Again I mentioned I was traveling into London from West wales and had booked the train tickets. I even asked this time is there any damage. To which I was told all our cars are roadworthy. Imagine my surprise after 6 hrs of traveling to find the car I put a deposit on was damaged down the left hand side with damage to the front wing rear door and rear arch area . Also there was deep key damage on the right hand side. I'm writing this on the long train journey home. Cargiant not all it seems.

Yes they have loads of cars at great prices and they do a good job at getting you put on the road same day in your new car...but I got my car back in September 2021 and I've had nothing but problems with it....and suprise suprise their guarantee they offer which you nearly spend a grand on for peace of mind is not worth the paper its printed on.....I will never buy a car from here again.should of stuck with my old car I traded in.

I was very happy to work with a salesman named pier. Pier helped me in narrowing down my choice to the right car. So far I've had no problems with the car. Also the supagard is wonderful. Car looks amazing

Please avoid this company if you can, terrible service throughout. Starting at the fact they were extremly rude as i was not using there finance company, (which was 130 per month dearer than bmw finance), they would not allow me to pay the deposit i wanted to and also charged me 400 pound to use my own finance. After collecting car it was extremely dirty and looked like it was untouched by the team at car giant, after driving home i noticed a terrible smell in the boot. Like spoiled milk, over days it got much worse and requested car giant to look into this, they advised i get a valet done which i told them would not solve the issue but they insisted. After getting this carried out the smell disappeared for a week or two. the smell is now back 10X worse due to the weather warming up and i asked if they could look in to getting the boot carpets changed for me as this in my opinion is the only way which would sort, they asked for a quote and once i spent 3 days chasing one they all sudden decided they could not help ( even though i am still in warranty period) they obviously couldn't be bothered covering the costs to resolve the issues. 35K car and it stinks of foul milk

I do not recommend Cargiant I do not recommend Cargiant! I bought a car 6 months ago! The car is from 2018 with 60 thousand miles on board. After half a year, my engine faults started to appear! I also opted for a warranty insurance that I paid for in vain, because when I called them to repair the car, they told me that it could not cover my cost, although this was included in the warranty. So I do not recommend buying cars from Cargiant, there are some thieves who manipulate you to buy their cars after they are not responsible for anything.

I have been a very loyal customer of Car Giant for many years and i have bought a few cars with them over the past years,Now I can’t reserve any more cars with Car Giant in London,  because I have apparently reserved more cars than I have bought!!Reserving is a great option, but NOT if you can’t use it when having to spend a great deal of time and money travelling up from far away.  We never know the condition of the car, until driving up there to see it. My only option now is to risk spending even more time and money, to travel all the way there, with a very real chance that the car I have travelled up to go and see, being sold before we arrive.  Now I feel it’s time to go elsewhere to buy a used car.

I have been a very loyal customer of Car Giant for many years and must have bought and part exchanged 6-7 cars with them over the past 10 years. Called this morning to make sure they still do valuations for part exchange and I was told to just pop in and get the valuation done which I thought was great! I went in and headed straight to the part exchange desk where I waited for a good 5 mins until a member of staff walked in with his coffee and suggested that I should find a car that I want to buy first then get a valuation booked in. How would one calculate their budget without knowing how much they can get for the car they are part exchanging??? I find this ridiculous!!! I agreed and I then went online and found the car I wanted and told them that I was ready only to find out that the old man at the part exchange desk decided to shout accross the room while having a customer sitting in front of him only to tell me that I must get the keys to the car that I want to buy to have a look at it before they can see me for a part exchange!!! AGAIN, how stupid!!! I wanted to know how much they are willing to offer for my car first so that I can calculate my affordability which is common sense in my opinion but Car giant appears to be only interested in forcing you to buy!! You have just lost a very loyal customer and believe me I will no longer be recommending you to anyone!! Good luck surviving!!

Chosen car wasn’t washed properly, green mould left on the windows , salon wasn’t properly cleaned either. Once you have paid for the car, you will be one of them all sittin, waiting to either car to be fixed or simple to get it . No one will look at you twice once you have signed contract! After some waiting around to sign contract, to get deposit back etc you will wait for someone who take pity on you and finally give you ur car keys . You will have to go to collect it by yourself. There will be no one to direct you outside but you will be so exhausted that it would feels like blessing. My car has scuffs on it and quite fresh but i drove off just because i was feed up with it and wanted to go home. Now, month later, it turned out that roof is leaking quite badly, all of sudden i remembered that girl who told me that she was waiting for her car to be fixed since morning, she did looked very stressed out and tired… well it will be me soon , once they respond to my letter. Would i recommend Cargiant? No !
