Very very bad dealer. I bought a car they give me every paper world and they said car never been I accident and HPI clear. And they sold me warranty for £1288. After 3 weeks I went to can manufacture dealer Hyundai. They after inspections they informed me that this can was involved in heavy accident and we are not sure if airbag will be deployed if the car have next accident. Amd also the from bumper and gril and lights all is changed and it is copy. Not a genuine and also the car fully colour coded. I they give me report. Now car giants they just telling me we repair the car. Because the car in the front is knocking and engine rattling. But they mechanical saw the car 2 times bit they ignored to repairs.. and they sold me a faulty car..
After choosing a car, going through all the sales rigmarole I questioned Kia's 7yr warranty as cargiant were trying to sell me theirs. I was told i would have to find that out myself, whilst sitting at the sales desk i called Kia but they weren't available till after the weekend the sales girl said we could pay, take the car and if not happy with Kia's reply on the monday then return the car. I paid the £200 deposit and left the car there, she said I would get the deposit back if I chose not to buy the car. This all happened after the car was being prepared for 2 hours, we were there best part of the day. Surly this should have been discussed first before any agreement to buy the car. On the way home I decided it was too much hassle and wondered why they couldn't answer why the car wasn't kept up with services for the 7year warranty to be in effect, I phoned cargiant straight away and said I wanted to cancel the sale, I was told I had to go back and give my signature to get my deposit back, I was nearly home 20 miles away and that was out of the question so they agreed to post a cheque. No cheque was received 3 days later so I called them, they sent one out, it was stopped on the same day I put it in the bank, I called them they had no explanation, agreed to send another, it was stopped same day i put it in bank again, i called them said they should be able to do bank transfer, 3 people later one say's send an email to the manager to confirm it, my mobile battery was running out so i agreed. Sent email to manager with automated reply " out of office for 2 weeks" I guess they are trying to avoid giving me my deposit back so looks like I will have to go legal with this. My advise is to give cargiant a wide berth, they suck you in with their banter, are very clever at avoiding your questions and now looking back in hindsight I can see how quickly they wanted to get a signature and deposit. If I could give no star rating I would 😠
Cargiant Well would I buy from here again? Only if I really had too. The ikea of car sales , one big system conveyor belt which is like a ride you can get off. I was 5 hours buying a car. Was told it'll take 2 hours on the phone to buy it, before I arrived for a test drive. Sales folk are nice but they push the warranty and extras but that's to be expected, they are sales people. Then you're left to wait 2 hours or whenever the next collection time slot is available. Then it's finance staff , they check details, then they take the money at a different counter. Then i had to wait another 2 hours more until my car was ready. The digital ticket system is reminiscent of the housing association or social, where it's a ticket and wait and watch the screen for your turn. The car is what I wanted and the specs so I endured it. But I will not rush back that's for sure. Especially since I bought a part electric car, and it had no charge only 1 mile range left on it when they handed it over eventually. They had it for over 5 hours and no one stuck it on the charger. They knew I was coming to test drive it and they never bothered to charge beforehand for that either. Really sucked all the joy out of buying a car.
I bought my car a year ago in August from Cargiant in White City, London. A few days after my purchase it was one problem after another and ongoing .A month into buying the car I had to take it to the garage to get issues fixed. A year has passed and this morning I have dropped the car off at the garage again for same issues.. ........

Hello we are having a similar experience.... did you get this sorted with cargiant? I am trying to get them to take back a car we bought in July.
I bought my car from Cargiant in January. They tried to pressure me to get their expensive AA warranty as they said my car was no longer under warranty. I didnt take their one anyway because I didnt see what I was getting for that much money. When I took my car to he serviced, it turns out that had i brought it around the time that i bought the car, it would have still been under warranty so because of their lies, I missed out on my car being under warranty. I brought the complaint to them in June and I am still chasing them at the end of September for a response. Disgusting customer service. If anyone knows how I can take this further, I'd appreciate the info.

absolutely unhappy with cargiant in london, since I bought my car i have been running to problems. its not the car that is the problem is the car giant service. make sure that when you buying you car , you arrange your own individual inspection and do not buy any additional services such as AA warranty. there are more covers which you can take outside car giant. my A class had a issue with stalling so I returned and it was still within the 6 months warranty. they kept the car for more than 4 weeks which is not even allowed and yet the problem was not resolved, they ended up replacing a irrelevant part. after I got my car back after a long time, the same problem occurred again but this time it was outside my warranty period. however they are obliged to fix the problem as it is still the same problem. therefore, they used my aa warranty policy to claim on my behalf and to get the car fixed without actually getting permission from me. now I cant cancel my policy and I have to end up paying for it for car giant fault. it took me 4 months to get my purchased car from them. its very easy and smooth to buy a car from them but as soon as you run into problems , they nowhere near helpful.
Sold a car by Cargiant with some serious faults !!!!!!!After previously buying a car from car giant we decided to go straight there for an upgrade, found the car we wanted waiting time was pretty long dealing with the going to different sections to pay sales pitch for things we said we didn't want drove away happy 3 days later we found a fault with one of the doors called car giant was booked in with after sales for later than month luckily I put the car in for a health check with my own mechanic well that's where I then got a long list of faults with the car including clutch faults wheel alignment issues took the car back to car giant and was called to collect as it was to big of a job for the 1 day it was booked in for given a later date now after 6 days we still don't have our car back and not one thing has been fixed on our car yet thanks to ordering parts ect moral of the story of your going to buy a car from car giant make sure that day or the day after you take it for a health check with a private mechanic !!!!!! So car giant can't say you caused them

Car Giant sold me a car, took the deposit and then decided to tell me they'd sold the car to someone else. Appalling and very unprofessional behaviour. Suspect they sold the car to someone wanting finance to get them more money for the sale. They took the deposit with no problem but it'll take at least 10 days for the cheque to be sent and cleared for me to get my money back. Absolutely disgusted.
These guys have become borderline rude, especially their manager who questioned why I have test driven around 5 cars with them over the last 5 years and never bought from them. Just on that basis, he asked me to wait for 30mins so that he can take special permission to allow me to test drive. If that’s the case, publish this policy so customers / potential customers don’t waste their time coming to your yard.

I made an online application to PCP a car. I received a phone called next day from the finance team saying that the application was accepted for HP not for PCP. I tried to explain the situation to a MANAGER. He was utterly rude. He kept saying that you made the application and accepted the terms and conditions. I said you're right, I did accept the terms and conditions but I made an application for PCP not for HP. He hang up the phone!! I now have a hard search on my credit file for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid Cargiant at all cost.
