Bought a car a few weekends ago. I had time to browse around look at diferent spec cars, the sales person was really good, took us through the process for buying the car, brilliant service received from Car Giant, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a motor !!

I booked a test drive on a particular car only for it not to be ready. Worse still, the man told us to wait by the car and he'd be 10 minutes - after waiting twice as long we gave up and said we were leaving, Another man apologised and couldn't explain why the test drive was removed from their computer, but said the car would definitely be ready in two minutes. I said we would be timing it, and so after three minutes said we would leave. They were still highly reluctant to return our own car keys (kept as security, apparently); I had to threaten the police! A complete waste of an evening, not least by driving through busy Harlesden at rush hour. I definitely won't be returning. Grrrrrrr.

Fantastic service as always, we have brought more than 11 cars from cargiant, we always look for Kobby who is very efficent and professional and always has a smile on his face. Adam and ~Brian are amazing too
