Bought a car a few weekends ago. I had time to browse around look at diferent spec cars, the sales person was really good, took us through the process for buying the car, brilliant service received from Car Giant, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a motor !!

I booked a test drive on a particular car only for it not to be ready. Worse still, the man told us to wait by the car and he'd be 10 minutes - after waiting twice as long we gave up and said we were leaving, Another man apologised and couldn't explain why the test drive was removed from their computer, but said the car would definitely be ready in two minutes. I said we would be timing it, and so after three minutes said we would leave. They were still highly reluctant to return our own car keys (kept as security, apparently); I had to threaten the police! A complete waste of an evening, not least by driving through busy Harlesden at rush hour. I definitely won't be returning. Grrrrrrr.

Fantastic service as always, we have brought more than 11 cars from cargiant, we always look for Kobby who is very efficent and professional and always has a smile on his face. Adam and ~Brian are amazing too

Very straightforward and quick. The whole process is well thought out, no time wasted, everything ran smoothly. If you want a car you will get a car! My son couldn't believe I'd bought a car so quick (thought I'd gone out for milk!) Would definitely recommend you look here first as you won't want to go anywhere else.

competitive prices, friendly staff, saw the car I wanted online and went to view, purchased within 3 days. Arrived early to collect car, not a problem the staff were very accommodating and efficient and I was on the road with my purchase within 30 mins. very happy. Highly recommend

It was my first time at Car giant and honestly didn't know what to expect. I got there around 3pm and wasn't expecting to drive back home that same day with my car. The service was super quick and the sales people who dealt with my case were very helpful and friendly. I had a great experience with them, not forgetting great value for money. Will definitely recommend.

Why bother going garage to garage to see one car that fits your criteria when you can go to Cargiant and see every model in every spec in every colour priced much cheaper than the rest. Test drove mine and drove it home 3 hours later. When looking at the price factor in there is o warranty provided (about £500 privately).
