Don't bother making an appointment at Cargiant. As soon as the car you want is on sale. Head there directly and put a £200 deposit. It's always first come first serve even though you have an appointment with them. Despite 22 calls, yes 22, and 13 days waiting, it's sold to some else as they came 5 min before my appointment.

Salesman terrible, no knowledge of the car I was considering. Couldn't even open the bonnet. Pushy sales tactics - forced me to get my car valued for part ex before I had even viewed the car - AGAINST my wishes, a complete waste of my time! Part ex price was insulting and lower then trade. Car I viewed was dirty inside and out. Car had bad scrape to front bumper - and alloys needed to be refurbished - cargiant do not offer this service. They sell the car imperfect. This is not okay in my opinion. Car was not in great condition for its age (fairly new) and this didn't reflect in the price, it had also been repossessed by the finance company so no way to see who previous owner was (female/male etc). Salesman left me alone three times without telling me where he was going or what he was doing, I was left standing around confused! Other staff members kept asking me if I was okay and I said no, your collegue has left me and I don't know where he is. They seemed confused too but unable to help because it was his duty of care to look after me. Salesmans phone rang on loud whilst we were at the desk (unprofessional) Car giant is not flexible, nor does it care about its customers. I decided to look at more cars and the salesman left me without saying goodbye. When I came back to say goodbye he had moved on to another customer??!!! I left feeling really upset, deflated and angry, I can't believe how I was treated. Was potentially spending £15000 cash however I would rather spend my money elsewhere - where someone actually cares about their customers. DONT BOTHER WITH CAR GIANT!!

Recently paid 17k for a car from Car Giant and AC doesn't work on it, sales assistant said that fluid might be low so I've said that is not an issue but after calling BMW they told me this car had problems with the condenser and it was called in, which makes me think the 120 point check that they advertise is not really that accurate or probably they don't really do it and this in not the only issue one of the tires is has cracks and its from 2011 and the cars is a 14 plate making the tire over 6 years which tire manufacturers recommend to change it when over 5 years old at this point any reputable garage would recommend to change it even if the tread is withing MOT passing standards, well after calling them "after sales assistants" guided me to a halfords garage after going there and checking it this lady calls car giant and clearly guided by them to be as tight as possible when it comes to replacing stuff she tells them over that the tire is in good condition and does not require changing and the cracks on it have been caused by curb scraping (alloy wheel is in good condition) and she admits that the tire should not be older than 5 years but apparently they don't care that when you buy a car from them and you're on the motorway going back home the tire might explode. The cherry on the cake is that the cars computer is telling me that servicing need to be done in May and the month has almost passed so now after spending 17k on the car i'm faced with extra cost for the costly run flat tire that needs to be replaced servicing for a car that I've bought 4 days ago even the doggiest dealership would do the servicing if it would be needed and also the AC condenser but thanks to BMW they will carry out repairs on it for no cost. In my opinion Car Giant just buys cheap cars with problems, don't even do proper checks they don't care about your safety and after that they sell it for a hefty price to you and after buying it you wake up that besides the nice amount of money that you had to pay for the car you are faced with other extra costs. I completely understand that they sale used cars but safety standards and servicing when needed should be priority that's why you pay the extra cost. Would not recommend them, extremely unsatisfied!!!!!

I have had no issues at all with my Vauxhall Corsa from Cargiant! I have had it for a while now and I have had no issues with it at all. It was clean and in very good condition. This is the second time I have used this company. The dealers have all been very helpful and the car is great value for money. They could have given me a better amount for my part exchange but overall I am very happy and I would buy from Cargiant again.

Part ex my Audi for astra we had seen , went to view it liked it , one small thing on the dash board light saying service vehicle soon , was told by the young lad taking us for a test drive that it had just had a service and the light needed taking off ,fine we thought so bought the car , got car home took it to get light taken off and we was told that this light had meant the car had a fault , gonna give a quick run down now ( as getting wound up already ) we never had our car for 3 weeks as we was trying to sort out problem , car giant customer service was next to no good at providing this ,once We had sorted out problem we asked for some sort of good will gesture to which was was told that we should of kept all our receipts to prove how we got about without a car for 3 weeks Not happy one bit I would of loved to Come back on here if the matter ever gets resolved to prove that Cargiant does care about their customers.
I have had no issues at all with my Mini from Cargiant. I have had it for a few months now and it's been great! No issues at all and it was clean and in good shape when I received it. The dealers were very knowledgeable and helpful and I would happily recommend them.

The car sold to me by Cargiant needed two oxygen sensors replaced as the engine managment light came on 5 miles after leaving the dealer. Upon calling Cargiant regarding the service light that was on the dealer told me it was due a service despite being given completly different information when buying the car. Customer service and after care team are rude and unhelpful.
