Had a good experience at this dealership. The staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, specially Ivan Nachkov and Perez Powell, they did a great job. Very happy.

Do NOT buy a car from these people I bought a 3 yr old mini after 4 months it went bang through no fault of my own the rubbish AA warranty I paid £900 for 3 yrs wrote the car off as a new engine was to expensive and offered me trade value £3500 less than what I paid Car giant were NOT interested in helping in any way at all avoid these money grabbing dealers at all costs.

Went to purchase a BMW 1 series, which I had already booked a test drive for earlier in the day. Turned up to the test drive and to check the car out in person. The car was NOTHING like the pictures on the website. The car smelt of wet dog, white marks on the driver door, chocolate stains on the dash and stains on the gear stick. The car also made a rattling noise when starting up. Absolutely disgusted with the service I have experienced from Car Giant! Will NOT be buying from there again.

I bought a 2012 car a few months ago from car giant, the staff were helpful, but 2 weeks after I'd paid £8000 for it, rust started showing up, so it's costing me £370 for this small bit of rust because they have to change the panel. Now I've noticed spots of rust ALL OVER THE CAR. Far from impressed and they're completely unhelpful now I've already got the car. Will not be going back there.

This has got to be the worst place to buy a car, I booked a test drive for 2.30 got there at 2 at this time other people where sat in the car and said they have bought it after me coming 200 miles it was the response I got was like tough luck there's other cars there at a higher price they then said they would look after me do I want a cup of water! What a joke. After looking at other cars I ended paying more than I wanted to then they said they would clean and valet the car when I come to pick it up this was not done at all. Never again would I use this company.
