I booked for test drive E class Mercedes I arrived there in time, some one came after me and one of the staff gave let him go before me and sold the car to him?!! When I asked to see the manager nobody cares and they just wasted my time. I bought 2 cars from car giant before and this was supposed to be my third time but after what happened never again. They need to learn how to respect the customers and to be more professional.
Some information about the car, REGISTRATION no WV60 OEO. 1- Buy a car ford Mondeo 2010, 1.8 prize £5500 + administration fees. 2- FIRST month problem with air con quotation £560, call after sale they said they will fixed it (ok fair) with out a car three days. 3- Second time problem with bonnet censor cost £100 again they said they fixed it (ok good). 4- Around the engine some bad smell starting, they said they will fix it. Really why the problem is starting from the beginning as they are always said they check the car before selling . Now after only a four months now i am sitting with £3200 bill for your reference, I am attaching the problem in the car. Now I am thinking how come the big company like car giant sell the car like this as they said they are the best car dealer. True 2nd hand car it can be happen but come on how come the best sale company car goes off like that even if you buy a car locally you get better then this I do understand its car but in five months four times i have to take to you or garage to fix it, i am so stress out. Worried even i fix this car which i have no money, anyway what is going to happen, very bad experience, lets see how you going to help me on this . Also sold me AA WARRANTY they inspect my car today and giving me result tomorrow don't know what are they going to do, hope fully this warranty you sold me its help me to fix my car if they not approve i have no money to fix my car. And this also going use less insurance if they not accept my claim, my garage people said they should accept this because its not your fault. Two thing in my mind, what is going to happen if fix the car after that what next, or if they not approve it then what i am going to do.
I brought my car around 4 weeks ago, in the 3rd week I walked past my car with my partner who pointed out that the back tyre was in fact a spacer. We looked in the boot and found the original tyre which had a nail in it. I called Car giant as soon as I realized the issue. During the conversation I was told that I was pretty much lying about what i had told them and because it has been 3 weeks there was nothing they could do. They had no customer service skills and I was left feeling very deflated. It is not expensive to replace the tyre on a Aygo but the fact they just dismissed me straight away was not what I was expecting from such a large company I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.

I read your review. How you didn't realise the car had a space saver tyre on it for 3 weeks is beyond me! I'd say you were lying to.
Everything at Cargiant went very well, I got the car I wanted for the right price with minimal hassle, they did try to sell me all the extras but that is always to be expected they're doing their jobs. I was always able to speak to somebody on the phone when I had a question and I would happily buy another car from here in the future.

I'm overall happy with how the sale went, there was a couple of issues with the car I'd of thought they should know about and I did have to take it back to them twice but they did fix it free of charge so I wont complain too much. The car also could have been cleaner before they handed it over to me.

Everything at Cargiant went perfectly as usual, I've bought cars from them a couple of times and never had a bad experience. I'll be going back for my next car and I recommend them fully.

I bought a VW Golf from Cargiant back in September and I absolutely love it. After about 2 weeks the brakes started to make a noise so I called them up and they replaced all the pads and discs and it's been perfect ever since.

I was very happy with Cargiant, for such a big and busy dealership they managed to see me right away and didn't rush me at all. The sale went entirely to plan and apart from the car not being as clean as it could be I have no real complaints.

I love the car and Cargiant were absolutely great, everything was spot on and I know exactly where they are if I have any problems, I couldn't of asked for better.

Good choice of cars and good value for money, I didn't like being offered a load of extras and the car really could have been cleaner but apart from that everything was fine.
